[android-developers] Re: GTalk (XMPP) service, ADC, android market and wasted months

2008-11-01 Thread PowerGUI

Hi Raft,
I fell very regret,we have did the simillar software.I design it
from the very
ADC beginning date.I am very busy on my company's many other linux
project,I have not finished
then.
my another ADC project is Hi Taxi, also delayed with the my busy
project.you know,
the simillar project enter the ADC's TOP 10 .in fact, many people also
do the simillar TAXI project,
such as Dan U,and etc. I am sure, there are many such things happen in
the ADC I.
many people like you and me,lost the Opportunity, just because they
have not the lucky, or go into the
wrong direction even do a very hard idea,or have not enoguh time to
implement and show the full idea.
some times I doubt whethere there are some really creative idea in
the world? many people will think the
same idea,do the same things. for many things ,it maybe not be
here, but it often be there .
google on the sourceforge site,or on other website, many
simillar software present.
If somebody have met with investors, maybe he will know such
things, when he give the unique idea which he think to the
investor, the investor maybe will tell him: in fact, there are already
more than 300 people to tell me such idea before.
why will you do the best? it is really disappointed. some investor
will just choose one of them who will implents the idea
perfectly, maybe not the one which write it the best. it seems very
disappointed, but it is true things. so my opinions is (just for
joke) : Idea? No,No Idea.Money is true idea in the End.
since the Android market is just at free stage, maybe many people
and business company have not submitted the software yet.when it
running into the payment stage.,I don't how many such situations will
happens, and how to deal with such things I have no idea for such
things.
the last words: though I lost the ADC,but I believe the ADC is very
fair. it had give many normal people the same lucky.whether for
android itself and android market, google even try to strip their own
benefits even google's own Intellectual Property, few company will do
such things.
In the end, I have to say the Android platform is a really great
things.if you dive into it,and do many things based on the android
platform, you will get what you want. The toppest internet company-
google is your own free-salary Salesman. where to find so good things?
but it is true here.
   wish you and everybody lucky.

  Hello all,

Basically I am wondering if there is any way to, from a background
application, save the current contents of the screen as a Bitmap, and
if there is a way to inject keypresses into the current running
application (again, with a background application doing the
injecting). I notice there are constants called INJECT_EVENTS and
READ_FRAME_BUFFER in the android.Manifest.permisssion class, which
sound like the facility is available to do what I need, but I can't
see where in the main API you can perform these tasks. Can anyone
point me in the right direction, or are these constants part of the
internals of android, and so not available for regular apps to use?

If anyone is familiar with RIM's Blackberry API, then essentially I am
looking for an equivalent to their method Display.screenshot() and to
the class EventInjector, plus its various inner classes.

  Thanks in advance!
