[android-developers] Why 'system' user cannot access /sdcard ?
Anybody know the reason for this issue? How to resolve it? Workaround is OK, too. I have a Java-JNI-App which must run in 'system' user mode, but once switch to that, my App then cannot access /sdcard. Confused. Any hint is appreciated. [android-developers] Why cannot work correctly with Android-1.5 & radio image of 1.5?
I got my G1 updated with ota-radio-2_22_19_26I.zip. Then based on the source of Android-1.5 Master, I got the boot and system images, updating them to my device. It turns out that Video Recording cannot work correctly, the generated video is white-black. Additionally, the device becomes silent thoroughly, the audio is lost. Why? Anyone could give some clues about this issue? Thanks a lot. BRs, David --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group. [android-developers] Re: why there's no boot.img in Android-1.5
The kernel is lost. I traced the making log, and found boot image is generated based on ramdisk image & kernel. So, boot image is not created successfully. Then I 'make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-eabi- goldfish_defconfig & make' and got a zImage. Then I used it as 'kernel' to generate a boot.img and flashed it to G1. Finally, the G1 can not boot up at all. I miss something else? Or zImage can't be used as a kernel for G1 at all? [android-developers] Re: Why does not SoundRecoder work on G1
As it is known, the default format to be recorded is AMR. Is it to possible to replace it with another one, e.g. mp3 or qcelp? Frankly speaking, I want to let OpenCore support recording qcelp which is just one type of audio format. Could you please give me some clues about it, or what should I prepare or pay attention to? A summarizing info is also appreciated. Many thanks in advance. I've issue this question at https://mail.google.com/mail/?hl=en&zx=1mf4sjv3oovlo&shva=1#starred/1203efc288afc0b5.
