[android-developers] Re: Cant unenroll/uninstall Android N beta

2016-11-24 Thread Ken Cleveland
Well today, Thanksgiving... with the wind blowing at 3 knots per hour from
the west... the moon waning in Libra and direct as in not void of course...

My Nexus 6P began working again. Sound is back to normal.

Just as what I wrote in the 1st line above has no significance to the
issue, there seems to be no reason as to why this happened nor how it
repaired itself. But it is working.

In case anyone reads this, all seems fine again... other than it did not
save all my settings requiring much reconfiguration even though it was
configured to save.

[android-developers] Re: Cant unenroll/uninstall Android N beta

2016-11-23 Thread Ken Cleveland
For some reason, after the update this AM, I lost sound. Youtube won't
play. When I say Ok Google, there is no sound. If I hold the phone to my
ear, I hear nothing (other person hears me) but I can press speaker and
then I hear.

No music program works.

I tried unenrolling and no link is sent.

build number is: NPF26F so I know it is not the public build.

This is on a Nexus 6P. All stock other than joining the developer program.

Would appreciate some quick help please, google. Phone number or something.

Thanks,

Ken

Same problem here with Developer Preview 4... I unrolled my device from

2016-03-30 Thread Luís Cunha
Hi Vi,

Do you have more than one account in your nexus?

In my case the thing was that the account that I used to enroll my phone
into the Beta was not the main one used to setup the phone. Just format the
phone, add the second account as the main one, and 1 minute after OTA to go
to Marshmallow come!

Till I found this solution it took me 1 week...

Hope it helps.

Can you send me the link of customer support page that helped you?

Re: [android-developers] Re: Cant unenroll/uninstall Android N beta

2016-03-20 Thread Jez San
i finally managed to get my Nexus 6P back to Android 6.0. i managed to
activate my Fi account in the end by moving locations. the place where i tried
to activate (many times) must not have had good enough cell coverage on both
Sprint and TMobile (at the same time) to do the activation, but after i moved,
it worked and I’m now live. Customer support thought it was a sim problem and
sent me a 2nd sim but i didn’t need it. the first sim worked fine, after i
moved locations to activate. phew.
