I can't get my emulator to play the sound of the TTS. I manually installed the APK and now I get a message (for only like 1/2 a second) that says the voice data is being downloaded and that I will have to restart my app. I do it and it says the same thing for a half second. Any suggestions? I had problems too a couple of days ago, and then needed to use another TTS stub .jar.
