We use a Fujitsu 6230 and have the same popup issues, but no problem with the feed. Ariel wants an older version of TWAIN (version 6-8) than the scanner uses (version 9). There is an annoying popup which announces this when Ariel first touches the scanner. The sheet feeder setting in the scanner driver will not stick, and pages have to be scanned singly. We are using the Fi 6230 and it is working fine with Ariel, I've always had good luck with Fujitsu. Hi Jackie, We use the fi 6240 with Ariel and it works very well for us. We switched from our old fi-5750C. The new one scans a little slower, but I think by most scanner standards, it's still pretty fast. Other than that, no complaints.
