Re: [arr] Re: Whats the stores section in arrahman.com ?

2009-12-05 Thread Ramesh R
This is a good beginning even if those prices are on the higher side! I hope it
will gradually expand to offering some of the rare cds as well, or things that
did not make it on the cd (like the music score).

How about digital downloads? If no label wants to take the risk of releasing
music scores then offer them as digital downloads on this site.

Thanks for keeping the layout simple and free from capital letters unlike other
pages on ARR's site.

Right! can buy albums & concert tickets. URL - http://store.arrahman.com/

I personally think its great feature! Hopefully they will add ALL the albums of
ARR (of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu - old ones as well), so that I can buy ones that
are missing in my collection :)

While I'm elated at the news of new online store which sells exclusive Rahman
music CDs, I'm also concerned about the pricing. Vandemataram ( 1997 album )
for $19 ??? Even new albums are sold @ $10 in iTunes and Amazon..

Hopefully their plan works out..

Also whats with the spelling mistakes ?? Isnt there anyone doing spell check
before posting song names..like in the Best of AR Rahman, the first song says
"Rand de Basanti" ...and the 13th song says "Shakalaka Bady"...plzz someone
correct this..

doesnt mean everything will flop.

just release the CD if songs have been recorded.. same goes for Sivaji - The

same goes for Nokia - Connections. . same goes for many other unreleased
