Hi guys Have u guys ever heard Kamal saying that illayaraja is the BEST in Background Music? and he at times degardes ARR indirectly in his interviews..Is it because ARR dont consider his musical suggestion to that extent or any personal clashes between them. I feel as ARR picks the right person to sing keeping kamal aside which makes him feel bad as he is a good singer. u can c that in the movie INDIAN as ARR dint give kamal a chance to sing , some how with great difficulty KS ravikumar did it in tenali as the songs needed Kamals voice badly... Jus for your info... L Subramanian was the actual Music director for Hey Ram.. He backed out due topersonal differences withKamal and then Ilayaraja was roped in. ARR KAMAL. WHEN INDIAN AUDIO WAS RELEASED, KAMAL HIS FANS MADE A BIG FUSS AGAINST ARR FOR NOT GIVING HIM EVEN A SONG. ACTUALLY KAMAL IS A HC-IR FAN CANT DIGEST IR DROWNING. WHEN SHANKAR SIGNED KAMAL, HE WANTS IR TO COMPOSE THE MUSIC, WHICH SHANKAR DENIED. THAT MIGHT BE THE REASON WHY KAMAL HIS FANS ARE SO KEEN TO MAKE THIS ISSUE BIGGER. BUT ARR HAS GIVEN KAMAL TWO SONGS IN THENALI - ALANGATTI INJIRINGO. INJIRINGO IS ONE OF MY BEST ARR FAVOURITE BY CHITRA KAMAL.(NAI KUTTI AANENUNGAA...NO COMBO WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER THAN THIS).
