I had already posted this a few days back. The best way is to use an ftp client like smartftp. dap is also good. I think the maximum simultaneous connections is set as 5. So if u get that error, retry later. In IE, you can goto File -> Login and enter username and password .. In mozilla/firefox that option might not be there .. but u can give username password in the url itself like this: ftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]:snafrra@www.arrmusic.com If u r using firefox u can install an extension like FireFtp ..
