I dont understand Tamil, but from Hindi lyrics this seems like song when Aamir sees Asin first time and instantly falls in love with her it is his guzarish (wish) to have her in his life. to add on previous message, I was looking at Ghajini (tamil) track list, 'Suttum Vizhi' is duet whereas 'Oru Maalai' is solo by Karthik. Oru Malai was an introductory song of the heroexpect an rocking foot tapping song from rahman on this situation..
