Hi
I think "Nelluri nerajana" from oke okkadu (mudalvan in tamil)
is the simplest song of Rahman.
The song is made of simple rhythm and violin and flute pieces in the

Subject: [arr] What is the simplest song of ARR??

ARR produced sooo many songs in every possible genre in 15 yrs.
Every song of ARR is very specially structured, orchestrized,
or carefully crafted.
But, At this point am wondering what is the simplest song of ARR.
Simplest, I dont mean less instruments or small in length or
easy to hum or bad song...
Forget about Veerapandi, dilsere and athiradhi..even
Chinni Aasai,...tu hi re, en kaadhale, raasaathi, nila kaigurathu,
dheemi dheemi, anarkali..and bolo guru are soo complex either with
tune or vocals or chorus or something else.
I cd not answer myself about which is the simplest of ARR songs?

What is it?
it cannot be anbendra, uslampatti or oo vennila.
Any ideas???
Raghu

Re: [arr] What is the simplest song of ARR===mukkala

2007-07-04 Thread sriram natarajan
Well it may have been the most simplest song for the boss since he can do more
miracles then wat he has done in "Mukkabula" Song...And after 'Alaipayuthe'
I heard one of the press reviews & his comments abt the song "Alaipayuthe
Kanna"...He said "mani sir wanted only a classical song & I did it
classically by adding some Pads & chords...Its a little bit easier & simple to
Understand"
