I had a few minutes to try before I thought I would. I added Public permissions to the 3 Request ID fields (it is a join being shown in the table field). The data from is using row level permission; Submitter/Assignee. I am experiencing this as an admin user though. If there is a bug with row level permissions and table field grouping I suppose it isn't too far fetched that the table field is confused and shows inconsistent results. I'll remove the row level permissions this evening and try again.
