 Hi Pavan,

 1) Which database you have? If you have Oracle, did you check for
 INVALID objects while installing/upgrading?
 2) Hope you must have seen ITSM install log files, but would again
suggest you to look through logs and find out which .def failed to import.
 For ex chg_deplapp.def etc
 3) Go through all INC/PBM/CHG and import all the failed def files.
 4) If you are facing issues with specific form import also - suggest
you to modify them, save changes and again try to import them.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Error installing Atrium Core Patch 8.1.0.2

2015-03-24 Thread jham36
Hello all,

We are setting up a new production environment. ARSystem, ITSM and Attrium
Core are all installed. When we try to install the patch for Attrium Core,
we get an error.
LOG EVENT {Description=[SET PROPERTY
VALIDATION_ERROR_RESULT],Detail=[INVALID_AR_INSTALLATION_NOT_FOUND]}

I would think that NOT finding an invalid install would be a good thing,
but apparently not in this case. So... the atrium patch installer cannot
find our AR install even though it had no problems finding the arcache.exe
within the AR install directory a few lines above this error.

Support has sent us new ARSystemInstalledConfiguration.xml and
AtriumCoreInstalledConfiguration.xml files that have not helped. I have
verified that the BMC_AR_SYSTEM_HOME path is set correctly.

We are on Windows 2008 SP2 server
Oracle 11gR2 db.

Thanks,
James

Good suggestion - looks like there was no ar service even created. The
portmapper service was there but
No AR service. Hmm

Check Services and see if the ARSystem service is starting. If not, try kicking
it off yourself and see if the installer sees it when it is up and continues.

Re: How to find SQL query while querying a vendor form

2015-03-24 Thread MalviyaSaurabh
Thanks all for your inputs.
I could not find anything from the loggin option as the pluin log level were
set to ALL. However I happened to look into configuration file of this
custom plugin and could see the path of the log file for this plugin. I was
able to see the relavant SQL queries in the plugin loggin file.

Re: Naming the Navigation Items for Horizantal/Vertical Navigation

2015-03-24 Thread babajan baig
Hello Anil/Team,

Thank you for your quick response.

But I have one more thing to do here! How can we put green and red
colour symbols for Menu items.

Suppose I have 4 Menu items under a menu. First menu item should be
visible as Green symbol like Online and other 3 items should be
visible as Red as Busy symbol (like similar to Gmail chat symbols).

 How we can achieve this?

 Thanks in advance.

 Regards,
 -Babajan.
