2015-04-12 Thread Suresh Loganathan
Dear Pandi,

It might be a configuration issue. Can you please refer the ar.cfg file and
check whether it fulfill OOB remedy config. If not please check with BMC
based on raising a ticket.

Re: Importance of HPD:Help Desk Assignment Log

2015-04-12 Thread Pandi C
The Incident assignment information will capture on the form to know the
time was spent to resolving the incident.

The form contains time segments spent on resolving an incident request.
Some time records are triggered automatically but manual entry is done when
a user clicks the Assignment Log(?) button on the Assignment area. Reports
could be run on this form to see how much time was spent on incidents.

Re: ADDM DataSet recon Job is getting failed

2015-04-12 Thread Suresh Loganathan
Dear Pandi,

As a temporary work around is import that CI's into BMC.Core:BMC_ CI form
via import tool and use the Dataset is ADDM.Asset

Another workaround will be, Delete the few CI's into CMDB base form and re
run the job and let me know the result.

Re: Menu Results List Problem

2015-04-12 Thread Jason Miller
Often I will build a Display Only form with a Table Field to show results.
You don't have to change the sort order of the source form and you have
much more control over the UI. Also I have found sometimes I need different
sort orders based on what is being done so changing the source form's sort
order won't suffice.

I have an Active Link that’s performing a Set Field action on Assigned

I am trying to find a way to alphabetize the results list that is
returned. It appears to be to displaying them sorted by the Request ID. I
would like to display them sorted by user name.

 Any ideas would be appreciated.

Currency field

Hi, is this as designed or a bug?

I have a report including a Currency field. If I generate the report to screen,
I get this result:

'Value' has been selected:

But report to CSV file sends all data from the field:
