We are on remedy 8.1 version so I believe multi cloud option can't be
applied so if possible please suggest on bidirectional integration for
service requests in remedy & service now.

To be specific we are on remedy 8.1 & incidents bidirectional integration
required with service now using the Web service only.
Please could you provide detail on the same.
