Getting an email from NTE Notifications in both HTML and Plain txt
Currently have an NTE Event configured to send an email when a Knowledge Article goes to Retire Approval. This notification uses an email template. An email is generated from NTE notification events and the email is being sent out as both HTML and Plain txt format. I only want to see the HTML formatted email and not the plain txt email. Has anyone encountered this before and can you provide a solution to the issue. Atrium Recon Merge Rule
I have a scenario where I need to Reconciliate a record from ADDM dataset to ASSET dataset based on a matching Field value. My issue is that in the ASSET Dataset there could be multiple records with the same field value and I want to recon ADDM record with the most current ASSET record based on Create Date or Last Modified. Smart IT and disabling Modules within
Anyone fiddled with Smart IT enough to know how to disable certain modules from the Smart IT console? (i.e. Work Order, Task modules). Customer does not utilize WO and Task modules within ITSM and will want not want them available/visible from Smart IT. Suggestions? Adding a value to Incident Type field
Has anyone ever added/modified the Incident Type field on the Incident form in the Classification section? My management wants to add and possibly remove values for that field for classification purposes and I'm researching to give them possibilities. Hey, Ravi. I know licenses are host specific, however when I restored the production db to my new server, it brought in all the production license information. I have requested a new license with the correct Host ID and I'm still getting that message. Just wondering if I'm missing something. Restoring an ARSystem MS SQL DB to new Virtual Server Env
I am attempting to duplicate our current Production ARSystem environment on physical servers to a Virtual Server Environment: I have installed AR Server and all appropriate modules. I want to take my current production SQL DB and restore it to my new virtual db server. What is the best method of doing this and are there any specific configuration changes needed after the restore of the DB to my new server? Specifically around licensing, because all my licenses came over from my current production system. I need to apply a new AR Server license and I'm getting the following message when attempting to do that: ARWARN [469] Warning, this key is not valid for this server. The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link AR System Licenses Console:Update License -- action 1. (ARNOTE 1101) Any help would be much appreciated. ARS 8.0 Midtier using Tomcat 6 and ISS
I'm having issues getting new 8.0 Midtier to work using Tomcat 6 bundled with BMC installer and ISS 7.5 on a Windows 2008 R2 x64 server.
