Help,

Getting below error while trying to create an SRD. Any suggestions would be 
really helpful ?

CMDBBOException occurred: ERROR (120417): An unknown error occured 
while trying to create a CMDB Relationship Instance between two of the business 
objects; Class : com.bmc.atrium.bol.BORequestableOffering, Id : = 
OI-6679dfb5968f4b48a644bca5ccc3ba54 ; Caused by: ERROR (120040): The 
relationship endpoint instance does not exist.; 
Rel(clsId:BMC.CORE:BMC_DEPENDENCY instId: OI-4b59de007fa348549c6a16711600452d 
can't be created. L-endpoint inst does not exist -- , instId:

still am getting the same error.

Error while editing a service target in BMC SLM console

Hi experts help,

I have an issue editing Service Target. When i am trying to change the 
'assigned support company'('Assigned Support Company' = "XYZ") name to other 
company in the 'Terms and Conditions' qualification and save it, am getting the 
below error and not able to figure out why ?

** Note - Each service target must have 
a company (that you have access to) specified in the terms and conditions 
(ARERR 1)

Remedy Portal disable

Hi Guys,

Can you please suggest me a way to disable Remedy portal, i mean when user try 
to login to portal show them a custom error message. For this i use to go to 
form 'AR system adminstration:server information' and use to check mark the 
'Admin only mode' but here i can't display my own custom error message.

Now i want to restrict the users not to login to portal by displaying my own 
custom error message.

ADS Integration with People form Issue

Hi,

I am writing a code for Active Directory data sync with the People form. When i 
am running a escalation which copies data from Staging form to People form one 
of the field value is not being set that is 'Unrestricted Access'. I want this 
field set to yes but its not working without which User cannot login. Even i 
created a separate escalation to just set this field to Yes but its not working 
for some reason.

Also there is a mandatory field 'Site' which i am not able to add value through 
escalation. 

Can you please suggest me any ideas how i can get through these two problems.

Thanks for your response. I found the filter which making to NULL, Can i go 
ahead and disable it, am worried that disabling it might make some functions 
not work properly.

Problem copying records to People form

Hi,

I am writing a code to sync Active Directory records with people form as there 
is no in built feature in our version 7.6.04. I created a staging form where i 
imported all records from Active Directory. I created a Escalation and trying 
to copy records from Staging form  to People form i am getting an error(i 
captured this from the log file) which looks like following. For every new 
record when escalation is trying to copy from staging form to People form the 
following error is showing up and its not creating the record in People form. 
The number(0007) shown below keeps on increasing for every record.

The Qualification for push field action i used is Remedy Login ID=Login ID in 
staging form(if no request match create a new request and if any request match 
take no action)

Can you please suggest me solution for this problem or else if there is any 
other way to copy records from staging form to People form please let me know.

Hi,

I am writing code to sync Active directory records with people form as there is 
no out of box process in our version 7.6.04. In this process i created a 
staging form where i imported all records from Active Directory, when i trying 
to sync records from staging form to People form using escalation following 
error has been showing up in the log file and the record is not copying to 
People form. The Number(007) keeps on increasing for each record 
its trying to copy.
