Default Product and Operational CTI's

Hi All,

Does anyone have the default CTI's for Product and Operational
catergorisation that come out the box in Remedy 7, in an csv format or Excel
document?

Would really appreciate it if you could email [EMAIL PROTECTED] the
file to me.

We too are on the path to upgrading to remedy 7.

>From most of the research into the subject, it appears that customisation is
a must to some extent, there are however draw backs.  Like installing
patches from BMC.  The question that has to be asked is if we do customize,
to what extend is the developer aware that this cusutomisation will not be
affected by a BMC Patch? 

I would be interested to hear examples of this happening from the forum
members...
