The server date format used in filters will be set by the lang/locale of the 
environment the server is running under.  Are you using a Unix server - if so 
check the arsystem script for the LANG setting as it sounds like it may be set 
to C.  To get a UK date format this will need to be changed to en_GB or similar.

i.e. same command returns different date formats.

Anybody know why the Filter version of the command could possibly return
the date in m/d/y format instead of the expected d/m/y as per the Active
Link.
