Change Flag with Set field on Display

2016-02-01 Thread Brittain, Mark
Hi All,

This should be simple but I can't get it to work in the client or the browser.
Have a situation where users are not remembering to set the Status to In
Process when they start working on it. The incident Status is Assigned and the
Assignee is Mark. When Mark opens (On Display) the Incident, the Status is
changed to In Process. The set field works fine but don't trip the change
field. I have tried also doing a set field on other fields at the same time, a
perform-action-active-link 128 7 as well as set-change- flag 1. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Does the Status field have the 'Disable Change Flag' set to True in the
form properties?

Ok...then a Set-Field via Active Link SHOULD set the 'Save' button to
enabled, unless something later in the window open process is clearing the
flag :)

Should have been able to think of that one on my own. Moved EO from 999 to 1000
