Crystal report limitation on fetching records?

2008-08-22 Thread roseta
Hello,

I use crystal report to get reports from incident. Our HPD:Helpdesk view now
has 1.7 million records. but it seems that it does not filter through all
records for reporting. for example I want to get count of product category
on incidents in one month time. if I put the time for two days it shows the
count of category A 1000 but if I put that two days + next 20 days it will
show the count of same category 1 %-|

I think it is not considering all records , does it have any limitation on
counting and considering records.
