This action will not appear in a logfile, if I remember correctly. Like David Shellman said, it is system-generated. Just accept that the system-generated information is something you can't change and add to what's there. I tried several different things in a development environment until I got the format I wanted. Use a filter to do the work when you can so it will take place on the server. Shane, If you're referring to information in a diary field, that is an automated process that is part of the diary field as defined by Remedy.
