Email Template Create - Order of events
When using an email template to create a record, does the email engine create the record first then put the template into the AR System Email Messages form? ...and it does it in two passes. That is, if your email engine fires every 5 minutes, it will pull the message into the messages form in the first pass, then 5 minutes later it will create the ticket.
