I think that there is just something wrong with this user's IE 7 installation. Still no other user has reported this issue. Additionally, I have her using Mozilla and it's been working for her for several days now. I am going to suggest to her to put in a request to have her IE 7 reinstalled. Hi, Just check with the Compatibility Matrix provided by BMC. I am not sure if Mid tier 6.3 is compatible with IE 7. I suggest you strictly follow the compatibility matrix provided by BMC.
