Andrew, that would work, except that I don't know how. Each day has a column of 8 fields to fill in. I can't find any explanation of why more than 2 and how to use them. I will try having two time slots defined in top 4 fields. Not familiar with the form, but if it's like business entities in SLM... Hi all, Using the "Define Business Hours" form on IM 7.5 (Group Record, Support Group tab, On-Call tab, Add button, Update button) I can't figure out how to set paging hour blocks that span midnight. For example, I can't say that paging hours are 5 PM to 9 AM M-F, because each day now has two blocks of time. Can't be done? What are those extra fields on this form for each day?
