I second looking into the MyIT and SmartIT for mobile. Since we heavily rely on Citrix that has been able to provide mobility in place of Remedy-specific app for mobility. A number of users enjoy using the User Tool where we still support it and/or IE for our ITSM 8.1 stuff delivered by the Citrix Receiver. Of course this is not true mobility as it does not provide push notifications and offline capabilities however we have little need for those in our environment.
