Problem Assignment Failure
Hi Friends, I am trying to Generate Problem. But whenever I m trying to save the Problem, it gives me error something like, No groups could be found using automated routing mechanism ARERR 1630105 I have created support group and defined Problem Manager also... Please provide me some solution... Ajit - are you using ITSM 7? So when you create th Problem you are not assigning any groups - correct? You want Remedy to Assign it?
