This is the error which BMC  pointed us  to missing Rpc socket config.

requires attention

Has anyone encountered this,

These parameters was removed from ar.conf not by human (for what I know) 

Private-RPC-Socket:  390601   1   1
Private-RPC-Socket:  390603   1   1
Private-RPC-Socket:  390620   2  12
Private-RPC-Socket:  390621   5  16
Private-RPC-Socket:  390635   2   8
Private-RPC-Socket:  390680   2   2
Private-RPC-Socket:  390626   2   4

Needing to figure out how this happened?

I have seen things in ar.cfg change on their own the latest one is surpress 
domain name from url i have it checked and somehow it keeps getting unchecked.

This happened to us also, we are on ars 7.6.03p002, itsm 7.6.03p002, 
windows 2008, server group.
When we made changes like turning on/off logs  (not even related to 
ports/thread) in admin console using midtier and click SAVE sometimes we 
saw these lines getting deleted in ar.conf file. We have seen this 
happening more than once, probably some bug with ardbc adapter used by 
admin console updating ar.conf file. We could not replicate the same issue 
with user tool. Since then we use only user tool to make these changes.
