We tested by bypassing the proxy using the IE "bypass proxy server for local addresses" setting as well as entering some exception addresses and by doing so worked. I did log a call with BMC and they stated, what I mentioned that only the mid-tiers must do the caching. We initially thought it has something to do with the mid0tier cache or the load balancers though. The cache is flushed on a regular basis. We might have to do this again but then the cache might get corrupt to quickly to often. This does not occur on all user pc's just some. We are running a load balancer and application servers is in server group. App Servers Windows 2008 R2 Mid-Tier 7.6.04 SP2 IE 8 & Windows 7 We have tried on one of the users to upgrade to IE9 but having the same issue. We also tried to clear the browser cache, cookies etc Any ideas?
