You might also want to check out the nifty Remedy Restore Tool written by Carl Wilson at the URL below. It can identify a lot of places you might have to make data changes and you can configure it to actually make the changes for you as well. Hi Richard, You did not mention it, but there should be a license key issue for the AR System server (unless something has changed in the newer versions). During the install consider using an alias for the servers instead of their actual names - resolve the alias to an IP in the hosts file. This way you will have a minimal amount of reconfiguring if you clone the environments.
