Yes we created a different account for AIE to use and did set the password in the console and used aiecfedit.exe to update the password hash in aie.cfg. This all seems to work fine. Thanks! Hi Frex, Thanks for the info! We tried setting Use default destination AR Server to No and were getting mixed results. We found the cause (training issue on my part) and this explains the mixed results. I'll reply in a separate email with resolved flag in the Subject.
