Re: Remedy Tables in the Oracle SYSTEM Tablespace
I would agree that all of the data needed for Remedy would be in the ARSystem table space. The times I have exported and imported that table space (setting up a replicate or development database) I've never gone back to collect anything from any other table spaces. Re: Remedy Tables in the Oracle SYSTEM Tablespace
To the best of my knowledge, all the data is stored in the ARADMIN (or what ever user you use if you changed it) table space. I don't believe ARADMIN does anything in any other table space. Hence why you only need the DBA user ID during install and they can change the password afterwards. But I am only 95% sure. Re: Remedy Tables in the Oracle SYSTEM Tablespace
They shouldn't. In our env there are none there, seeing as we never have system access. Remedy Tables in the Oracle SYSTEM Tablespace
All: I am getting a question here about whether any Remedy (6.3 patch 23) tables are placed in the SYSTEM table on Oracle (9i). I guess we need to account for them during backup or failover or something. Anyone know if any tables end up there? Thanks. -scott philben ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
