Re: work log search
The answers I have seen were to search the new Worklog entries not a diary field. I do remember that there were utilities created on the list that allow searching a diary field. You can review the BMC Communities and do a search of archives on ARSList.org. -Original Message- From: Ron Young To: arslist Sent: Thu, Nov 7, 2013 12:23 pm Subject: work log search Question for you all. Re: work log search
In 7.5 you can do the following: Open an incident Under Advanced Functions select Advanced Search > Search Incidents by Work Info. All sorts of cool information to search on. Re: work log search
Are you using ITSM? If so, there is usually an "Advanced Search" function in the left navigation bar on the consoles or directly in the ticket search/modify views. It lets you do this type of search pretty easily. -Patrick -Original Message- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Ron Young Sent: Thursday, November 07, 2013 12:23 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: work log search Question for you all.
