[AsburyPark] How long branch handles Certificate of Occupancy
anytime you want to put a new tenant in, they check your sewer tax and property tax - not current on taxes, you can't apply for a certificate of occupancy. and they are pretty tough on inspections. don't like it, don't be a landlord - in Long Branch.
