He also said the ABBOTT issues are troublesome - and that's where
issues have to be addressed.

Maybe he picked up on the billion already invested in the schools in
just AP.

He wante to talk about it, and then caught himself and stopped.

I think HE sees the value in makeing AP a FAMILY stop

Asbury Park police seize thousands of dollars of heroin

ASBURY PARK — Police arrested a 52-year-old city man and seized thousands of
 dollars
worth of heroin from his home, authorities said.

The arrest of Christopher Bibby came after a two to three-week investigation
 by the
Asbury Park Police Department's Street Crimes Unit, under the supervision of
Lt. David
DeSane and Sgt. Amir Bercovicz, police said.

On Saturday, officers arrested Bibby at his Fourth Avenue home, where they
 also
confiscated 25 bricks of heroin, with a street value of roughly $18,000 to
 $24,000, said
Bercovicz.

He said a brick of heroin contains 50 packets of the drug, which are worth
 about $15 to
$20 on the street.

Bibby was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance,
 possession
with intent to distribute, possession in a school zone and possession within
500 feet of a
public park.

The drug possession charge is a second-degree offense, which carries a five
 to
 10-year-prison term, if convicted.

Bibby was also charged with simple assault in connection with a domestic
 violence case,
police said.

Bercovicz said the arrest and seizure also resulted in further information
 for
 additional investigations.

Bibby was sent to the Monmouth County Jail, Freehold Township, with bail set
 at
$100,000. He was released on a bail bond Sunday.

I'm sure the City will come up with some excuse! Does the City have
a handbook for its' employees? How come these salaries are so high?
When the City Manager was hired, the council came up with some flim-
flam excuse, because he wasn't a resident. Alan Feit wasn't a
resident either, but when Wilbert Russell was hired, he had to move
into the City. At the time he was living in Camden but was
originally from Long Branch. Wilbert died in office. Now, the City
has hired all these layers of management it never had before, paying
big salaries. I don't get it.

Get fleet management, GPS tagged to all city cars.

Then they can hire a director of fleet management to look at who is driving
where.
