The problem is Dave my fee is $1,000.01. :-) Actually, I wouldn't charge your charity at Chritmas time. Truth is though I think Rolemover's post was a parody of RevKev's post to make fun of him, and not a serious offer of a reward. That would make it unenforceable. I represented some large companies in the past regarding their advertisements, and the Courts have ruled that not every offer is to be seriously taken as a contract. You can't be literal - it's the true intent of the one making the offer that matters. For instance Burger King's have it your way is not really an enforcable promise, and neither is Delta's Fly the Friendly Skies (flight attendant can be rude and there isn't a thing you can do about it despite their claim to the contrary). I don't think you will be able to hold Rolemover to anything because it was a parody of RevKev.
