[AsburyPark] Re: Let's Sue the School Board - Frank - Give us the state monitor's phone # e

2007-12-01 Thread 2fine4u
Dan and Denise; Who runs Asbury Park? I agree with both of your
responses. Can the parents take back THEIR town, THEIR School Board?
What? I read this article, yesterday, with a heavy heart.

Bureaucracy, taking over and our kids suffering, as usual! That
Lucille Davy, had no credible answer to last year's monitors'
failings! It is, what it is, as far as SHE'S concerned! She could
care less and SHE should be removed for her answer, alone! Asbury
Park, is EVERYONE'S CASH COW!

The Frank D's and Danny McKee's be DAMNED! Fire all the lawyers'!
They want now, what they avoided, over the years and now, Mr. McKee,
has to dot every I and cross every T, after he's done all that leg
work, for what? Nothing!

Title 9, my you know what! Let's stick another obstacle in their
path, already! Yeah, we'll break 'em down, no matter what! It's no
wonder, Asbury Parkans, are seen as a bunch of losers! We can't win!
It's residents, can't get any relief, from this so-called
redevelopment plan, which will not benefit us, just the banking and
real estate, community.

The streets, well Sewall Ave., is being DUG up, again, from a street
that was repaved several years ago, to be turned into a pothole
haven, as well as Bangs ave., across the tracks! Wherever the
minorities are, it's all out, screw you! Just ride through and see
what I mean!

I'm going to need a front end, soon, no thanks to the mayhem, on the
east side. One bright spot, The Asbury Park Football Team, are State
Champions, in spite of where they have to live! God Bless the Team,
their coaches, parents and supporters of all things, Asbury!

but the lawyer would not let any of the BOE members speak on this
issue.

Take a cue from Frank. The lawyers serve at the pleasure of the BOE.
It is one thing to perhaps proceed cautiously and listen to counsel.
And I understand that there may be a perception of liability if the
soil cannot support the lights, etc. But now we are talking about
telling the LL to move. The BOE can override the state monitor. I have
heard it from too many people, on both sides of the fence that it is
obvious that SOMEONE does not want the LL. Who is it? It is time for
 the BOE to stand up.

If there is a real issue with the lights, or something else, exactly
what is it and how do you solve it?

But from what I hear, it is one obstacle after another that is laid
before Danny. That smells. As one obstacle is overcome another is put
in his place. If they are going to do this (which we should not allow
them to) the BOE should give us all our money back.

I agree---Danny asked who will pay for the lights that can now not be
installed---he received no answer. The question would also be is why didn't
the lawyer check into this in the beginning. If the lawyer did not know the
jist of things I am sure a few phone calls could have solved this problem a
long time ago.
