I agree---Danny asked who will pay for the lights that can now not be installed---he received no answer. The question would also be is why didn't the lawyer check into this in the beginning. If the lawyer did not know the jist of things I am sure a few phone calls could have solved this problem a long time ago.

It is one thing to perhaps proceed cautiously and listen to counsel. And I understand that there may be a perception of liability if the soil cannot support the lights, etc. But now we are talking about telling the LL to move. The BOE can override the state monitor. I have heard it from too many people, on both sides of the fence that it is obvious that SOMEONE does not want the LL. Who is it? It is time for the BOE to stand up. If there is a real issue with the lights, or something else, exactly what is it and how do you solve it? But from what I hear, it is one obstacle after another that is laid before Danny. That smells. As one obstacle is overcome another is put in his place. If they are going to do this (which we should not allow them to) the BOE should give us all our money back. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better sports nut!
