The old lowes was rebuilt from the inside out to take care of the sinking problem. Then divided up. I have a strong feeling Dick's Sporting Goods is coming to the area soon. Dick's Sporting Goods is building a store at the Monmouth Mall. I believe its being built adjacent to the parking garage. They're also building a store on Route 70 in Brick. I love that store. Yahoo!
