And with that, move the city yard off main and open up the rest of the
commercial potential. The meat and more building is for sale. The city
should buy it then work on the buildings on that block. I think that
is KEY to the springwood / main st development plan.

That corner could have real value.

Speaking of Meat and More, what would you call that color?
It's not quite purple, not quite gray. It's something kinda sickly looking, but 
I could never  
put a name to that particular color. Maybe rotten grape?
