First off, I joined this group to read about AP. It's history,

For awhile now, the group has gotten off that track, and often, the
detour involves much
 arguing and name calling.
I'm not pointing my finger at any one person, but it's pretty easy
to exercise self control
when posting, and we all know each other pretty well.
That being said, please, let's all stop fighting, me included, and
let's let this group be
 about AP.
If it keeps getting endlessly sidetracked, I'll just take a vacation
from it, like I have before.
 Maybe I'm the problem...

Jack, I couldn't agree more. Thank you for stepping up and putting it
out so plainly. Our City, our Communities, are rich with potential and
opportunity yet face pressing issues that few wish to address.

Hope all is well with you - stick around - Werner

Jack you are confusing me.

When I posted last weeks that general foreclosure stuff isn't
relevant to AP, I was resoundingly rebuffed.

It was made clear that anything foreclosure is AP related. I think
2 people even pointed out that 80 are taking place in AP right now.

So if you do object to general foreclosure stuff as AP related, I
have to wonder why you didn't disagree with those folks last week or
invite them to your other site.

If, on the other hand, this is once again just you holding me to a
different standard than others, then Jack, please,

STFU.

Oh look, the king of pointing out personalizing is now telling me to STFU.
Nice.
You really don't get it, do you?
In my opinion, and maybe I'm wrong, you tend to post things that push peoples
buttons,
and yes, many people will run with it.
But, I'm not the police here, I'm just suggesting that lately, discussions
about AP have
become very lost here.
And yes, we have foreclosures in AP, and probably every city in every state in
America.
You article address's that, in those broad terms, which is great, and the
article is well
written.
But, do you post it here just to show off?
And, why are you so afraid of the political group?
Lot's of other people are there, participating, but not you.
I maintain it's because you just crave a bigger audience.
