Re: [Assam] From Aji
Ram, Ram, Ram : Assuming there is truth the report, you miss the irony of this whole thing. The ULFA, the "ISI" and "B-Deshi stooges", supposedly in its "last-throes" ( how Chenneyesque!), is sought after by none other than saffron waving, India -for- -Hindus and Hinduttwa spouting brigades themselves, to shore up its own 'elekshun' fortunes in up to 60 Assam Assembly seats. And who will 'MANAGE' the ULFA in this endeavor? None other than the natty nationalist, Sri Mahajan himself, while Sri Advani eagerly keeps vigil from his aerie high up at Hastinapur, possibly composing his next speech promising to deliver Hindusthan from 'terrorist' like the ULFA. What turn of events! What blasphemy! What hypocrisy! And why should the ULFA not play them like a deck of cards? I say all power to them. Let them watch the fun while the players of desi-demokrasy ( heh-heh-heh) cook in their own you-know-what. > >But isn't it atleast a tad surprising that ULFA born out of lofty >ideals (not lack of economic development or growth) of Assamese >identity, culture, blah , blah, would stoop so low as to cavort with >the likes of BJP. Not the least bit, Ram. They cannot win a military victory for Assam, but sure can play with Indian-patriots like puppets on a string, does not matter what 'jhanda' they wave, or what pithy pronouncements they make at Indrapastha singing the praises of desi-demokrasy's efficacy. >C'mon C'da, they have just been bought - lock, stock & barrel. ULFA has been bought? Heh-heh-heh! You are spinning out of control again :-). How the 'terrorists' can play 'nakit dhorisaakit ghuraise' on the Indianistas ! What does that tell you Ram? There is a serious problem here for India, don't you think? And doesn't the Center know it? I would have to think they do. But are unable to do anything other than go killing Assam youth to show the rest of the country who is boss. Same old playing with smoke and mirrors, the make believe nation with make super-power aspirations. It is a disgrace if you asked me. >The world will never cease to surprise us. *** Speak for yourself Ram. Some of us already knew of the reality of the myths that is India. Finally: > >My scoundrels? C'da, by now you should have known I am totally >apolitical. Yes --- Indian Nationalist Scoundrels Ram, if not the politically partisan ones :-). I still need to explain to you about context ( as if I had not done that umpteen times) --as in your reference to 'nothing to do with economic development'. Have a nice Labor Day, don't work too hard. I have my chain-saw ready to play lumberjack for three days. c-da At 10:15 PM -0500 9/2/05, Ram Sarangapani wrote: >C'da, > >> Come now Ram. C'da, > Come now Ram. Don't be so hard on the BJP. They may be just another > bunch of scoundrels without principles, but they are YOUR scoundrels. My scoundrels? C'da, by now you should have known I am totally apolitical. I don't have pet parties nor peevs. Lets assume the BJP has no principles, but what on earth happend to the saviors of Assamese independence? But isn't it atleast a tad surprising that ULFA born out of lofty ideals (not lack of economic development or growth) of Assamese identity, culture, blah , blah, would stoop so low as to cavort with the likes of BJP. Isn't it a tad surprising that the ULFA would even think of influencing desi-elekshuns. What exactly is happening? Is the ULFA trying to contest the elekshuns vicariously thru the BJP in a country they detest? C'mon C'da, they have just been bought - lock, stock & barrel. I could even understand their connection with India haters like the ISI and the B'deshi, but the BJP The world will never cease to surprise us. Still have my guard up. The fact that ULFA can be easily bought (probably also sold), and that they have no principles left is whats being exploited. The Bangladeshis, then the Pakistani ISI have had a go with ULFA, why should the BJP be left out? Thoroughly amused. --Ram On 9/2/05, Chan Mahanta <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > > http://www.ajionnet.com/headline1.htm#1 > > > Ooooh! BJP seeking ULFA help to dethrone Congress.
