I mean when "ABC Towing" calls me broadvoice changes it to "Abc Towing".
That might look pretty on the display for "John Doe" but it doesn't
render things like "AtoZ Specialties" correctly.

This probably means they are using a 'secondary' (less expensive) CNAM 
lookup database, not the primary one managed by the ILECs.

enters it in as.
