Nope, no hangup issues (log says we had over 80 calls total today),
however, as of 8pm PST we're back to the "Got SIP response 404 "Not
Found" back from 147.135.0.128" issues with registration. I just
noticed it... we shall see how long that lasts :-(.

Me thinks broadvoice needs to add a few more proxies to the US and
other hot spots...
I'd like to be able to accept calls from any of their proxies. I can
see us registering with all 3 and choosing an outbound using lowest latency.

which proxy?  I am using lax and it didnt start here until about
10-10:30pm pacific.  Maybe its a phased outage where each one goes down
in turn ...

It is now just after 11pm and its still going :/

alledgly you can do that, but if you do they (according to an article on
voxilla which may be dated information, I dont know when the interview
was done) they will charge 3.9 cents/min for other calls thinking they
are multiple people sharing the account.

Not a good option :/

All appear to be down now, cycled through the 5 (nyc, mia, chi, dca,
lax) and all report 404 "Not Found".  This makes me think that the auth
server is offline..  Hopefully they get it fixed soon, this is
unbearable.

Seems OK now... still, 3+ hours down... nothing worked, no outgoing
calls (not even their tech support number!), no incoming calls... not
even BV's voicemail kicked in when I called my DIDs. Dead air. Well,
at least it was at night time.

If it was a scheduled outage, they certainly did not do a good job
communicating it; if not, it shows great redundancy of the system...

I agree, there was a notice on their webpage that there is 'no
anouncements'.  I emailed techsupport asking for an ETA.  I almost
wonder if they figured that because no one was calling there isnt a
problem :/
