Hi, for el6 it fails with a missing dependency on js-devel. For el5 it fails with missing dependencies on libvpx-devel and pulseaudio-libs-devel. I have remembered that tmpfilesdir should be set to /etc/tmpfiles.d :-)
I have this installed:
atrpms-rpm-config-203-1.noarch
I decided to hardcode it for now. The macro is only valid for F19 (or
even F20?) upwards.

But I do not understand why dovecot.conf should go into some
temp-dir? nor why I have a problem here, since I have the newest
macros? I have tried to surround it with {}, with no luck. This is
on FC17.
