Crafting system is added with a bunch of skills and options. As for soloing, I find it rather hard from my personal experience. But then again, it might be just me. Doesn't mean I can't, though. But if you wanna taste true experience of a solo player, try getting your total level above 138

Just moved from MS Visual Basic to PureBasic.From reading these posts it has moved on quite a bit since they were posted.Found the language easy to understand and recieved a lot of help from their forum.In just over a year with no programming training I am now capable of writing my own custom gadgets etc and am mow delving into MIDI stuff. VB does, I believe have a role to play in getting hobbyist programmers started, but for me PureBasic really is the thing each programme I write I move cross platform with very few problems and even localising my efforts is getting easier.Since starting with PurBasic I have not touched VB at all!Regardscd

I'm using a Macbook Air which have a 1.4 ghz IE intel CPU and 8 gb of ram. I'm running Windows 10 pro 64 bit on a virtual machine with 4 gb of ram and 2 cores cpu.It would be nice to hear a recording of what it can do. If you don't wanna make a recording where you talk in the microphone then it's okay. Just a recording where you go through all the features which are accessible so we can hear what it can do.

Hi,leveling off means that your nose is at the angle 0 so that you aren't pointing up or pointing down,making your aircraft go higher or lower respectively.in free flight you could go where ever, but in missions you'll be given destinations where you are suppose to fly at (press a or shift a to check that), press ctrl f8 to bring up a list of airport sorted by their distance to you, choose the one you want to fly towards, after you have done that. pressing N will tell you where and by how much you need to turn so that you are pointing towards your destination airport. I.E 32 left will mean you need to turn 32 degrees to the left. 3 times shift left arrows and twice left arrow should acomplish that.this may or may not change during flight,so keep on checking now and then by pressing the n key.one thing I forgot in my last post, after you are airborn, that is taken off the ground, make sure you are heading either east or west wherever the runway w

ok guys, I need some urgent help.Earlyer today I uninstalled bk3 because I was haing an issue with it, and installed it again. It didn't fix my issue, and for the time being I have found a way around it. However, I am having another issue now.For some reason, nvda is not working properly with the game. All the translations seem to be working properly for the stages and levels and objects, but it is reading some stuff weirdly and not working as it used to with the game. This is one of the areas where NVDA has let me down. There is a little graphic in the DLC window that you need to click to queue that particular item for install, but NVDA ignores it -- it doesn't even let you move the mouse to it. I was able to click on it with jaws, however, so if you have it or a demo thereof, you should be good to go. Mind you, I'm also no pro of NVDA, so if there is a way to see that graphic that I don't know of, maybe someone else can enlighten?

SAP is secondary audio programming, and yes if something has spanish if you switch over to SAP then you get that and not the described content, which isn't really fare to both sides, the blind watcher and those who want/need the content in spanish.

Talking of in game currency here not real currency. And yeah if it becomes a problem, there will be a policy I can almost guarantee it. The reason is that the money you get is a lot and really helps you get established, also we want to test your metal in a way, see if you are going to be able to do bigger things down the road, if you can't get past quest 1 without help, then that's most likely not the case. Reiterating from earlier posts, Flux is not a game, it is a sandbox where we simulate many things, curious about what that truly means, then feel free to connect and check it out. I will also repeat that Flux will not be a fit for all.

If you buy from cdkeys.com, that's where you can get it for about 30 bucks. Make sure not to choose the Rockstart Social Club version of the game, because that can't be activated on Steam. Search for gta5steam - cdkeys.  And for the record, cdkeys.com is legit. It's a  very accessible way to buy Steam games, and the keys do actually work and are legal, some have even reported that the keys are extracted from physical cd copies of the game, so they definitely aren't counterfeit. So yes, buying games through this distributer is legal and I haven't had anything go wrong with any keys I've obtained from them, in deed this site was actually what came up in the search results when I went to go buy A Blind Legend on Steam.

In a perfect world, everything would be audio described. But I agree that some more steps need to be taken to produce content. Maybe the cable providers are slacking because netflix seems to be providing a whole lot of described content lately, so they figure they don't have to put in their share of effort. As someone who doesn't watch a lot of TV, I can't say that this is an issue of dire importance to me. But I do believe that if most things are provided with closed captioning, so too should most things be provided with audio description. Of course, it's a lot easier to produce closed captioning, which is why it's taken off in a much greater fashion. But hopefully one day the two will be equal.

At Dark, to be honest, I would be more willing to accept this as a gimmick if not for one factor. The description clearly states that this female companion is kept inside of a box. I wouldn't care quite as much if, say, she were able to come out of the box, or didn't have to be encased in something to make her point. That is what disturbs me personally. What kind of message is it sending if you're just supposed to ogle her inside of what is essentially a glass cage? do we want to be teaching the less socially adept that future partners are to be stared at like animals in a zoo? Not to mention the fact that, of course, that person's love and affections are completely unattainable, it being virtual and all.Those of us who have been in abusive relationships can tell you that a literal representation of the way we sometimes felt in those situations, and of this magnitude is actually scary. Although I doubt that anybody else would actually come out and make t
 hat connection as bluntly as I just did. it really needs to be said, though.the difference between this and a virtual pet or a baby simulator, then, is the intent. From the press release, it sounds as though it's supposed to provide companionship for someone who is lonely. If a baby simulation game ever marketed itself that way to folks, I'll bet many groups would be up in arms about it, demanding that the creators either change their attitude or take it off the market. But this is supposed to be cute because it's quirky and quaint and culturally different? Excuse my language, but blow it out your ass. That's not aimed at anyone on this forum, that's my general comment to whoever is marketing this thing as it is currently being presented.

Major Issue With TV Audio Description

There is a big issue with audio description on TV in the US. The issue is that blind watchers have to compete with those who wish to watch shows in Spanish. This frustration can’t just be from the blind right? Wouldn’t those that speak Spanish also get frustrated when a show is being described instead of being in Spanish? So why, is SAP being used for both Spanish and audio description? It makes no sense at all! When we look at close captioning it’s its own system. There is nothing to compete with it. Also it’s a lot easier to produce when compared to audio description. We both have a right to our content be it audio description or Spanish they need to be 2 separate systems on the TV network.

Just saying, but if I ever get into this game, and I'm thinking about it, and I'm good at questing...If the developer doesn't want quest info shared amongst players and would rather players discover secrets on their own, it'd probably be best to make an actual policy regarding that. I do not like elitism in any way, shape or form, and when I figure things out, would be more than happy to share the information with other players who are having trouble figuring it out, for 100% free.Not really a fan of the type of manipulative playstyle where players are either locked into solving quests on their own with no help at all, especially if they're required to progress, or players want some kind of reward from the one they assist for their help. Yes, I've pulled myself up by my bootstraps and figured out a lot of quests on games that others have not, but I figure other players want to enjoy the quests and storylines too, not to mention the poten
 tially great rewards. Apparently there are other muds that agree with me as well, since games like discworld and 3Kingdoms have relaxed their qinfo policy in favor of a more social and fun atmosphere that doesn't smack of elitists and special privaleges for the few who can discover them.

Well, the dialogue comes up, but I'm not sure how to click the DLC in question. It currently says "not installed". If I can't install it from the client, how do I install it from the website?

Also keep in mind that I try to be fair when it comes to games. I haven't really been announcing it, but I left my job a couple of months ago, so LWorks is now my soul income provider until I find gainful employment somewhere else. Super egg Hunt 2.0 is on the horizon, but I opted not to charge for that. That's a decision I'm regretting, but I want to try to make it fair for everyone. I opted to do an upgrade to slide as I know there are people who enjoy slide puzzles, and I wanted to make a game they'd enjoy. And yes. I also want to make some money to help pay the bills and continue game development. If puzzles aren't your thing, then stay tuned. Hopefully I'll have some other fun things on the horizon.

I agree with BryanT. I am personally not into puzzle games, so I will likely not be buying the additional content, but if I know liam, he's not shortchanging anybody with the new paid features. He's said on Twitter that everything that was available in the old version of Slide is still here, and thus you aren't losing anything. The extra content is like an in-app purchase, and $5 is iirc the lowest price we've seen in the world of PC audio games. An important thing to remember when making a purchase is to not be selfish. Don't purchase something as though you're parting with your money just for your own personal satisfaction. While you are definitely paying for that, you are donating to a worthy cause to support audio game development. You are showing support to someone who's dedicated a fair amount of time and energy to producing something that will entertain a large amount of people, and if he can receive funds from his efforts, even a small am
 ount... That speaks a thousand praises.  $5 is a humble asking price which remember is optional. I know what it feels like to not want to go through the hassle of paying for something, or knowing I don't have the means to pay for it. But, these are common struggles, and the sooner you are able to accept that, the less stress you will be under when you see something that looks tempting. In any case you still have a fun game to play, with or without the additional content.

I bought the game because of the support it gives not necessarily the extra modes. The fact is I suck at it and doubt I'll ever get to the 5X5 grid, I have enough trouble with the 3X3 one and its mentally exhausting but still fun.

Assault: Yeah, personally I'd really like to have a setup like you mentioned where you could configure controls in-game. It's definitely lower on the priority list, though - first we want to get gamepad support up and running, then we'll worry about making it customizable. Either way, there will probably be a way to customize it - it just may not be as straightforward as that.Regarding all the suggestions for cross-platform support: I wish I could promise you that we'll be able to release a Mac port, as I agree that this section of the community is terribly underserved when it comes to accessible gaming. I'm actually a Mac user myself, so I would love to see this happen - but it will be a phenomenal amount of work, and like AF said, the priority is getting the game perfected in its current form before entering into the labor-intensive process of porting it. So it's highly unlikely that it will release for anything but PC initially, but it'
 s not outside the realm of possibility that eventually we may be able to port it - but no promises.

I do remember reading about that... but a lot of people seemed to be saying the game should be ported to all three platforms, and while it wouldn't be a bad thing to see, I think one major release is a bigger priority than ports, at least it should be, for the moment. I think people who are wanting this game to be cross platform are being a little unrealistic at the moment. The team hasn't even gotten the primary PC release out yet... so I would wait for that before making any requests for cross platform versions. If a game isn't planned for cross platform compatibility from the outset, especially one of this magnitude, do people really think it's that easy to port over that much code?

Hello janagirl,one possible solution could be.1. speed up to 50, have your nose to 15 before you speed up, just to be safe and so that you don't have to deal with it later.2. when you here a number or a combination of letters and numbers either from the left or right, turn asap towards the direction you heard the number in with ctrl left or right arrow again depending on where you want to turn.wait for it to say east if you turned right,west if you turned left. after that, speed up to your current take off speed as required by the flight you are flying.check with z whether or not you have taken off (numbers greater then 0 indicate that you have) after that, and if you have,retract the gear and the flaps, wait for it to say take off successful,and then you can speed up,turn towards your destination and so on. oh and, don't forget to level off after 500 or so.hth

Thanks, I am just editing the translations Yukio has written.Speaking of, I just edited stage 3-4, but I also just got a notification from dropbox that Yukio changed the detailed collection item descriptions, so if my edited changelog has overwritten his change to that file, I just wanted someone to know that.Edit; Never mind, I understand what happens now...I've added my update to changelog.Regarding skipe, I don't have a working mike, so joining skipe is imposible for me right now.Also, I've, never, used skipe before.Edit2; I found out that the bug I brought up previously about the extras menu not being translated after exiting the sinaireo select menu only happens if and english translation is accessed.if no English translation is found; say, after viewing briefing 1, the extras menu is still translated in english.Later!

Hi all,I have a problem taking off in eurofly.Everything is alright until it says the starting number. I mean the starting number while I'm already moving and with the beeps, where you have to go to the left or the right.How do I know if I'm exactly right on my runway?I always crash and the blackbox says "off the runway".Help would be very great!Thanks!

Ahoy there.@Dark,Its been a few years since I last tried starconquest, but from what I remember, you should have a far easier time with a pack than without, although remember unlike in other muds, you have got to be slightly faster than usual.The Rats should be eazy to kill though, since all they need are 1 or 2 hits. so wait at whatever coordinates you like, I'd suggest using the direction based locking method (aim 8 is north,aim 6 etc) that is If I am remembering all this correctly, turn your lights to yellow and wait for the bugger to come cloce to 1 unit away from you. track at that point, and aim and fire away.now to grab the pack and hope the thing works on 2.2.

Ahoy there.Talking of space MOO's, I couldn't agree more with all that has been said out here for miriani (chojiro +1), CR (@connor142) starconquest (@chojiro again), and promithius, buggy with no direction pretty much describes it.There was this rough alpha of a space mud don't suppose it can be called a moo exactly was wingcommander, don't know if I have its name right,but oh man the potential it had. Dark, I'd add to what others have said and indeed I do remember telling you the same thing in another topic years ago , a soundpack would benefit you loads when it comes to starconquest and if you can ever get yourself to try miriani (I'd recommend against it though). setting a few options even if you don't, though. combat is doab
 le at least against the newbie mission rats, although as you found out not easy,and not plezent if you end up exploding.Think of ships exploding as death setbacks in other muds, you can recover from it, although you'd probably need a players help when you are starting out.Starconquest just like other muds/moo's that I have tried and given up on,was good enough I even liked a few of its features such as the feelos breeding and so on which are not only nice pets but you could possibly set up a new breeding line of your own if you were so inclined.However, I am a solo player that's how I play any mud, although I do fine with groups and the like, I prefer to do my own thing in my own time.Starconquest isn't really against that sort of thing,but it doesn't help even a little,either.I.E you no matter what need people to talk to and understand what the ehh. grave is (which I still have no clue about btw) and some thing or the other th

will their be a mac version later on? I have windows but, i want to try it on mac as well seeing that the mac platform doesn\t have many games for it besides code7 and a blind swordsman.

Wonder how feasable it would be to add gamepad support that is similar to Shadow Line's. There is a set keymap, but you can configure whatever settings you want from ingame rather than relying on default driver / controller assignments where you have to match buttons with numbers that corespond to each one. Shadow Line, through means that I'm not really knowledgeable about, lets you customize them by highlighting the action you want and then pressing the desired button, similar to mainstream games on consoles.
