Re: Portable recorder Hah. I posted something similar back in October, when I was looking for advice on the same issue. I guess it really depends on exactly what you're looking for. I personally ended up buying a Zoom H4N Pro, which has more than paid for itself in the months since I've gotten it. It's a beautiful little device for recording on the go, and has inputs for external mics as well. It's not accessible as such, meaning it doesn't talk or anything, but the menus are easily memorized. And really, I think that'll most likely be what you'll have to do, because as far as I know, accessibility as we think of it isn't a very high priority in this market.Anyways, in general, I'd recommend the latest Zoom devices. H4N Pro, H5, and H6, although at that point we're starting to get a bit pricy. Check those gadgets out on the web and see if they've got what you need.Hope this helped a little. You could be an alpha or beta tester, but you don't get paid for that usually. Not unless the developer has money to burn. Your best bet is to become a developer yourself. This is actually not as hard as it sounds. Since your a beginner I would suggest starting out with python. You can start by reading this book for beginner's . Programming languages all depend on your preference. If you don't like python you can learn another language. You can go to this site to read more about python and how it works. I would suggest getting python 2 because there are more packages to use. Of course you don't have to worry about that right now. If you like everything new try python 3. It's good but still a little buggy. Read through learn python the hard way and follow instructions. It worked for me but it might be different for you. Once you know the basics of python, you can easily learn how to make your own games. Also be sure to read the python manual, that comes included when you install python. If you do all this you should have a good idea of how programming works.You could also try bgt which was made for beginners but bgt is not as easy as it seems at first. Plus I've noticed that when developers get more experience they realize that bgt has it's limitations. There are a whole lot of programming languages out there look around and find one that's easy for you and that you enjoy. I recommended python because it's very simple to use, but also very powerful once you get more advanced.Hth. But you get 3 characters, and each has a total of twenty levels, and each skill can be raised up to level 3 or level 5 depending on what it is. If that does work it will help you use two weapons at once. I wouldn't waste too many skill points on dual wield just in case it doesn't work. Good luck with entombed!Hth. Longest point in the duel is the first turn because I have to look at all of the cards, but after that I just can scan, look for a second and go on to the next card. It especially helps when you have your own custom deck and know what cards are what with the scans. For my part, I simply wish to agree with Joseph and give yet another analogy which I hope will at least showcase the reason for the urgency we feel. Supposing you had a friend you were convinced was about to do something exceptionally crazy such as drinking and driving; I'd hardly believe you would advocate it. to us, hell is a very real, very scary place. If my guess is correct, Joseph and many others beside on this forum who may have kept quiet or may have voiced their opinions, along with myself, would never want you or anyone else to go there. You might hate us for bringing it up, but I sincerely doubt you'd respect us any more for not giving you the chance to hear about it, much as your friend wouldn't respect you any more for letting them drive drunk and possibly hurt himself or someone el se. The bottom line is this: if what you say is true, you've lost nothing other than time you would have otherwise lost doing something else, and if you feel we've in fact wasted your time, then we're to blame and I, for my part, am truly, truly sorry and will continue to hope I can make it up to you somehow. If, however, what you say is wrong, we've given you another way. If you're not interested in it now, that's perfectly fine; you may be in future. I've shared many experiences with this community, from the first game I played, to a podcast/show thing I was a minor part of but which I enjoyed immensely, to walkthroughs and guides on various games, to life stories about notetakers that told me I had no future. It pains me to think this is the one I cannot fully share, because to me this is the most important of them all, but it is so. In the past I found no significance in anything I did; it was all part of wha t I was absolutely sure was nothing. Re: BSC games not working with windows 10 I'd suggest getting VMWare and a WinXP VHD with a screenreader (there's a topic on hte forum, IIRC just google VMWare screenreader audiogames and you'll find it), and open that in VMWare, download your games and load them up. Most* of the stuff works in VMWare, 3D acceleration though is a different beast. You might be able to solve this with autoit, and if that doesn't work, tedious I know, but bash or python that actually tries to make a connection to the server. If the connection can't be made, you know its crashed. This obviously being a second last chance idea though. There, it's very accessible, I think it may have had some unlabeled buttons in the tool bar but those only duplicated options that are also available in menus. I also recently tried it on Windows and sadly it doesn't work as well here. I was able to see the contents of my phone with object navigation in NVDA but it wasn't possible to easily click on things. Must have Mate 16.04 apps? Simple question.What are the must have packages for Ubuntu Mate 16.04? I've been looking up lists and not found too many that leap out and scream DOWNLOAD THIS ONE!!!111So, what do you guys suggest I add to my install, given I've got the default stuff for 16.04 on my machine?Also, why is wiping a disk so freaking nerve wracking huh? I mean, dual boot installs were nervous enough, but wiping the disk, even in a VM before I did it for real, still scary even knowing it's a VM and I can just make another one.Anyhow. Must have apps.
