I know. its just I learned it  for like 3 years and wanted people to have something to make the site  for them. you know sighted people have these things just click and drag and make it for them, and I wanted blind people to feel like we had something a bit simpler as well. and says you of all people, the constant questioner of html programming. lol.

Re: What is Everyone's Religious Beliefs

Ever since I let my family know that I don't believe in God, they have either been worried that I'll burn in hell or they think I'll magically change my mind one day for no reason. Many of them can't even comprehend a life without belief in God.Supposing for one second that I'm wrong and there is a benevolent and all knowing god out there, he/she/it would accept me as I am, having created me and everything. If it turns out there is a god and he/she/it is a flaming asshole who would subject his/her/its creations to an eternity of burning in a lake of fire for any reason whatsoever, I would never worship such a deity in the first place and screw the consequences. Speaking of eternal torture, I feel that sort of punishment is overkill, even for the worst of humanity.I tell people who ask that if I was presented evidence that there is a god, I would be willing to change my mind. However, I would have to see some damn solid evidence first. Many times, they come back with something along the lines of "Well, you can't prove that God doesn't exist." My reply to that is that it is not my responsibility to prove the nonexistence of God. The people making the claims are responsible for proving them, and I haven't seen any proof at all yet. Until the day comes where I am proven wrong or I die, I will happily live my life under the assumption that there is no god, nor has there ever been a god.

i believe in islam.the most remembering thing about our religion is that if the science is proving somethings back from 200 or 300 years, but the quraan had these things about 1400 years ago!and quraan is the complete way of living the lives.science had discovered all the planets stars and other things in the sky very late, but in quran, it was already 1400 years ago!and it says, don't harm others or brake heart of others.it also says, that look at all things around you!and think deeply that how could have all these things formed?if we will keep thinking we can not go further than the formation of this yunivers.every thing has a connection with every thing.

Re: water master BK III

Righto, so here's the deal with the bio-control system. If he starts the fight far away from you, find out where he is, and move steadily in that direction. The electricity pulses are alternating. If you get hit, wait a split second, then jump, then wait, then jump, and then dash like mad toward the BCS and hammer it with the spear. The power drink item can help here, as it'll vastly improve your damage. You may get hit, but every time you do, immediately gulp a big piece of light or whatever. I hope you have stun recovery in case you get stunned. If you're quick, it's doable. The good news is, it's hard on normal mode, it really is, but on exciting and up, it's sort of a cakewalk, or appears to be, as you'll have better stats and potentially better weapons. Also, if you have a few energy balls, if you can get close to the BCS, let 'em loose and hope it doesn't teleport away. You can really hammer it hard in a very short amount of time if you're just a bit fortunate. It took me several tries, but I got it eventually. Now, as to the water master?I'd love to play with it, and I'm not sure it needs to be quite as high as it is right now, but I can totally see why taking it out of normal is a good idea. It's way, way too powerful if it just allows you to destroy everything. There is such a thing as totally neutering a game. I mean, the cats already do this, and they're easy to summon. The Cat Spear is arguably pretty strong, and it's not locked behind a difficulty barrier. So I'm mixed. I'd like to see it available when you beat hard or very hard, but that's just me. Liam's playthrough proved just how utterly ruinously broken that item is on lower difficulties.

Re: Alternative to Blind mice

I would be a bit more sensitive to the fact that Blind Mice is, first and foremost, supposed to be a marketplace. The movie vault is not gonna pay for itself you know. I know they used Sendspace which royally sucked, yes this is true. But keep in mind that they are literally giving the movie vault free as a backburner thing, sort of as a thank you for supporting them and buying their products. The marketplace is an independent collection of individual marketers, all of them visually impaired individuals or entities service such. They are not going off all the cash in the world for this and I might as well say that they are going off spare cash for the movie vault. So before you go pointing out how oh so, quote, discriminatory, they are, I would take into account that blind mice is probably not catering to international folks anyways? When it comes to shipping physical products, the combination of international shipping rates, plus currency exchange, plus Paypal's pain-in-the-ass attitude towards international use, I'll bet it isn't worth the heartache for a store that is largely known in the US and the US alone. This being said, I again say that if you are looking for an alternative to the Blind Mice movie vault, forum email me and I will get you in touch with the person who runs it. Full disclosure, this is not a free service, the content is highly worth the price, but just in case we need to take care of the initial dissatisfied customer weed-out, consider it done.

Organized religion is horrible. It's just people trying to control or influence others. You don't need a fancy building with a church service, donations, paid indulgences, etc to believe in God and religion. As for my thoughts on religion, I think it's a bunch of bullshit. Where is this benevolent all knowing lord? Why doesn't he/she/it show himself/herself/itself? What made this entity? If God is a benevolent being, it shouldn't matter if I believe or not. We are all born with free will. I will not burn in the lake of fire as people claim. I do not need saving. If God is truly benevolent, I will be accepted no matter what. I think people cling to these ideas because it makes them feel better. The truth is that we don't really know what happens after we die, or how we got here in the first place. For all we know, we could all be in a simulation run by a species of beings that are far more advanced than us. If that's true, who created God? Who created the beings that run the simulation? If people want to believe in this crap and it makes them feel better, they can go right ahead. Don't try to convince me it's true. Maybe I read too many fantasy books, but this all sounds like fantasy. Why has this all powerful being created us with so many flaws? Why can't we truly regenerate? If my retinas and other body parts could regenerate, I wouldn't be blind, I could grow new limbs, teeth, etc. If there is a God, I'm going to come with a bunch of complaints and suggestions for human version 2.0.I'll live my life and be happy. When I die, I'll either find out that there's another realm of existence, or I'll simply stop existing and won't know or care. In the meantime, I don't want to hear bullshit from different religions. By the way, each group thinks they're absolutely right and everyone else is wrong. I say it's all a bunch of bullshit. I'll start believing in it when someone proves the world of Skulduggery Pleasant is real and we can do all kinds of fantastic things.

If there is a God, I'm going to come with a bunch of complaints and suggestions for human version 2.0.

Re: Does Anyone Still Do Jailbreaks, and is There a Guide

Hi.Sideloading just means getting an app on your phone without going through the official app store. Cydia Impactor is one way to sideload apps onto an iOS device. All you have to do is open it up, select the file to sideload, enter your Apple credentials, and off you go. There are four types of jailbreaks for iOS devices.Tethered jailbreaks are the least desirable because they require you to have access to the jailbreak tool on a computer every time you want to reboot your device. If you're out and about with no access to a computer and your device reboots or shuts down, you're simply out of luck.Semi-tethered jailbreaks are similar to tethered jailbreaks, but your device will still be able to boot to the non-jailbroken state. However, you still have to use a computer to re-jailbreak.Semi-untethered jailbreaks boot to the non-jailbroken state just like semi-tethered jailbreaks. However, they don't require a computer to re-jailbreak. A sideloaded app is usually used for this purpose instead. Most jailbreaks that have come out in the last couple years have been semi-untethered.Untethered jailbreaks are the most desirable because once you're jailbroken, you are set. Every time you boot your device, it automatically boots into the jailbroken state without you having to do anything. Jailbreaks like Absinthe and Evasi0n are untethered, but iOS 9.1 is the latest version with an untethered jailbreak available.

Re: jc-hosting issues?

Omg the level of people not getting their stuff is atrocious and clearly indicates that this guy is *not ready* to be a web host. The topic was created to talk about issues. In post 3 JC, himself, indicates that they went through a migration. Of course, it is now obvious to me -- an was obvious to me quite a while ago -- that he clearly does not know how to do a proper migration. Considering that I just migrated a BSD server to a Linux server and all is working perfectly fine, and it took me less than a week to do it, and I even migrated a big database over too. So yeah, go for QS hosting, at least they know how to host things *properly* and will actually give you reasonable waiting periods. That doubly goes for those who paid for this; paid customers should *not* have to suffer this bullshit.

Re: randomly generated complaints about AGNet admins.

Oh, this one's gonna be the best...My complaint about HumanityIt has been, as our ancestors used to say, many moons since last I graced you with one of my glorious animadversions about Humanity's asinine perversions. With this letter I intend to propitiate my regular readers with a look at Humanity's desire to promote mediocrity over merit. What follows is a series of remarks addressed to the readers of this letter and to Humanity itself. Humanity has gotten away with so much for so long that it's lost all sense of caution, all sense of limits. If you think about it, only an organization without any sense of limits could desire to repeat the mistakes of the past. When a mistake is made, the smart thing to do is to admit it and reverse course. That takes real courage. The way that Humanity stubbornly refuses to own up to its mistakes serves only to convince me that it finds reality too difficult to swallow. Or maybe it just gets lost between the sports and entertainment pages. In either case, Humanity's public virtue is dwarfed by its private vice. An equal but opposite observation is that Humanity claims to have the perfect solution to all our problems. Alas, its solution involves infantilizing and corrupting the general public. What bothers me about that is that I am worried about a new physiognomy of servitude, a compliant citizenry relieved of its burdens by a “compassionate” Humanity. It's hard to spot the compassion when you notice that it has planted its famuli everywhere. You can find them in businesses, unions, activist organizations, tax-exempt foundations, professional societies, movies, schools, churches, and so on. Not only does this subversive approach enhance Humanity's ability to regiment the public mind as much as an army regiments the bodies of its soldiers, but it also provides irrefutable evidence that it's easy for armchair philosophers to theorize about it and about hypothetical solutions to our Humanity problem. It's an entirely more difficult matter, however, when one considers that I used to think it would be possible to work out a compromise with it. Unfortunately, the terms that Humanity insists upon are so completely unacceptable and so much in contradiction with earlier agreed-upon points that one can conclude only that I often feel like I've been shipwrecked at sea and am clinging to the raft of my ideals, hoping a boat of like-minded people might come alongside me and help me reinforce what is best in people. If that fact hurts, get over it; it's called reality. And for another dose of reality, consider that what really irks me is that Humanity has presented us with a Hobson's choice. Either we let it call for ritualistic invocations of needlessly formal rules or it'll effectuate the downfall of all that is decent and civilized. For some odd reason, Humanity believes that chauvinism is the only alternative to solecism. Its unasinous co-conspirators, who believe likewise, also fail to see that Humanity has recently altered the tone of its bruta fulmina. They're no longer a dirge-like recitation of perpetual victimization but rather a preview of new trends in “resistance” propagandizing. For example, Humanity has been showcasing its latest techniques for obscuring unpleasant facts, facts such as that I cannot promise not to be angry at it. I do promise, however, to try to keep my anger under control, to keep it from leading me—as it leads Humanity—to encourage people to leave their spouses, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism, and become lawless, nasty preachers of terrorism. We unequivocally can't afford to let Humanity make totalism socially acceptable. What I'm suggesting is that we come to the aid of justice. That's the key to helping people see Humanity's devious smears for what they are, and it's the only way that most people will ever learn that I keep telling it that creating needed understanding is best achieved in a calm, rational environment. Sure, a nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse, but perhaps if I'm persistent, Humanity will eventually realize that it has recently stated that honesty and responsibility have no cash value and are therefore worthless. Such statements, like its earlier writings and pronouncements, are a contemptible insult to all decent and feeling people. Humanity's serfs tend to fall into the mistaken belief that science is merely a tool invented by the current elite to maintain power, mainly because they live inside a Humanity-generated illusion world and talk only with each other. Humanity is bad enough when it's alone, but it's even worse when it's joined by venal dole-sucking parasites. The sole point of agreement between myself and officious, reckless big-mouths is that some people doubt that in debates with Humanity, it is important to evaluate whether its provocations reflect a sincere desire to present an alternative point of view or whether its a

Re: randomly generated complaints about AGNet admins.

My complaint about The worldWithin the compass of this letter, I can do no more than indicate, as concisely as I can, relevant considerations that must be taken into account if we are to discuss The world's ill-bred, muzzy-headed schemes in a rational manner. It may help if I begin my discussion by relating an innocuous story in order to illustrate my point: A few days ago I was arguing with an importunate no-goodnik who was insisting that The world can change its squalid ways. I tried to convince this chauvinistic wisenheimer that people who know me know that I'm very observant. I can identify a twisted pervert merely by spotting certain turns of phrase, certain sentence constructions, certain ways of being. I can therefore unquestionably conclude that The world is the most twisted pervert of them all and that it keeps saying that the existence and perpetuation of pharisaism is its own moral justification. Isn't that claim getting a little shopworn? I mean, deception, flattering, lying, deluding, talking behind the back, putting up a false front, living in borrowed splendor, wearing a mask, hiding behind convention, playing a role for others and for oneself—in short, a continuous fluttering around the solitary flame of vanity—is so much the rule and the law among its morally repugnant, insufferable aides-de-camp that I can draw but one conclusion. As you can probably guess, my conclusion is that I am absolutely shocked and angered by The world's wrongheaded improprieties. Such shameful conduct should never be repeated. The world wants us to believe that we can solve all of our problems by giving it lots of money. We might as well toss that money down a well because we'll never see it again. What we will see, however, is that the battle against parochialism is a battle over ideas. Nevertheless, it is a battle that must be fought in the context of struggle, not the musings of self-important academics. In other words, it is not uncommon for The world to victimize the innocent, penalize the victim for making any effort to defend himself, and then paint the whole maladroit affair as some great benefit to humanity. If you ever ask The world to do something, you can bet that your request will get lost in the shuffle, unaddressed, ignored, and rebuffed. I have a problem with The world's use of the phrase, “We all know that…”. With this phrase, it doesn't need to prove its claim that divine ichor flows through its veins; it merely accepts it as fact. To put it another way, apolaustic good-for-nothings like The world are not born—they are excreted. However unsavory that metaphor may be, I doubtlessly claim that The world should take responsibility for its actions. If you doubt this, just ask around. Although I can find only circumstantial evidence of misconduct and rule violations, I have a plan to lend support to the thesis that The world is determined to put as little thought as possible into solving the undeniable problems that our society is still facing with regard to moral relativism. I call this plan “Operation force The world into deserved bankruptcy”. (Granted, I need a shorter, catchier name, but that one will do for now.) My plan's underlying motif is that there are few certainties in life. I have counted only three: death, taxes, and The world announcing some intemperate thing every few weeks. Was The world just trying to be cute when it said that we should avoid personal responsibility? I sure hope so because if you spend much time listening to its trash talk you'll inevitably hear the term “anthropomorphical” thrown around. Usually The world hurls that word as an epithet, a way of accusing someone of addressing the legitimate anger, fear, and alienation of people who have been mobilized by The world because they saw no other options for change or of doing something else of which The world disapproves. More accepted usage of the word, however, is to describe the manner in which if we take The world's beliefs to their logical conclusion, we see that in the coming days, The world will see to it that all patriotic endeavors are directed down blind alleys where they end in frustration and discouragement. Will The world's simple-minded flunkies hand over the country to presumptuous dossers? Only time will tell. In the meantime, we ought to consider how The world likes to talk about free speech. Lamentably, its model of free speech is not free at all. To The world, free speech is speech that it controls and can use as an ideological weapon to unleash an unparalleled wave of onanism. To inform you of the grounds upon which I base my slogans, I offer the following. I once tried to explain to The world that its scare tactics will inject even more fear and divisiveness into political campaigns. Rather than feel ashamed of itself, The world got angry at me. What this says is that on a television program last night I heard one of this country's top scien

The scoreboards are kind of a mishmash. I believe they are, in no particular order: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Eastern Europe, Mexico, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East. I am probably missing one or two. Also, I have no idea how you folks get that many points. I topped out at just above 2100 on my best try so far.On the plus side, I have like 53 achievements now. If the rest are just related to playing more (as in, no further achievements for getting bonked, squished or exploded), then I may give this a rest for a bit. I would love to see a game mode where an elf popped onto the board every, say, twenty seconds, and your goal was to pick up all the toys (no time limit). You would then be scored on how fast you did it, plus the toy bonuses and all. But I totally recognize that this is just me doing what I always do. I am not dissatisfied with the game, not at all. First, it's free. Second, it's rather addictive. Third, it's fun, damn it. I'm just always wondering how to improve good things I suppose. lol

Re: A few bt sync secrets folks might be interested in

I don't know why the mods are so paranoid about this. They should just make a DMCA form on their website where a copyright holder can report abuse and only remove what's reported. That would make them comply with legal regulations and make users less angry. It's not even obvious if they need to remove links after reporting if they're just links, not material directly hosted on their servers. Some say they don't, but just to be on the safer side, links should be deleted but only after a verified report from a copyright holder like the way most serious websites do it. If it comes to that, I might eventually need to make a website for uncensored sharing of all materials and content that complies with legal requirements but whose admins AKA future me do absolutely nothing unless legally forced to. Speaking about the folders, it would be nice if someone could give us a folder with just the described stuff, perhaps separating this one tv  folder into two smaller ones. Especially for folx living outside US/UK, getting nondescribed stuff in that way doesn't make any sense. Nondescribed stuff is pretty easy to find, either legally or illegally and available legally in most countries. Audiodescription is a different story, though. Most of it is not available legally in one country, some of it is US only, some is UK only etc. People living in non-english speaking countries have absolutely no way of getting to it at all, except the stuff on Netflix etc. That's why for such people, sources like bmmv or this folder are the only option. In other words, nondescribed content is easy to find and nothing special, while described is rare and should be available separately.

Try grabbing power-ups next time and you won't die so quickly!Of the 241 rocks that fell, you just barely avoided 11, or around 5.0% of those. Too bad about that last one though, huh? Bet you wish you avoided that. Haha! Anyways, A total of 5 cannons spawned. You destroyed none of them! All together, these cannons managed to fire 82 balls, 21 or 26.0% of which you encountered and successfully jumped. And finally, 6 pits spawned. Finally, in terms of movement, you took a total of 137 steps, which is above average.

Re: jc-hosting issues?

62, punbb is actually working just fine over here. I got a bunch of depricated function errors when installing, but it did install none the less and now it’s working fine. I wouldn’t recommend panbb, main reason being language issues. A lot of stuff is still in russian or whatever, also judging from the tests a friend of mine did a few weeks ago, it doesn’t really support php7 the way it clames to. We’re on php7.2.something i think, it’s 7.3 which breaks stuff and even then, i’ve herd it’s still fixable if you know how.

Hahahaha this is very fun! You’ve escaped from Santa’s workshop with an absolutely astronomical mountain of just about every toy imaginable. Seriously. Every toy you could imagine is in here. Even ones you can’t imagine. They’re all here.Good job on getting the fat guy to blow himself up. You’ve done a good deed and now the children of the world no longer have to fear at night. You collected 60 toys. Including bonuses, your toy score is 1355 points. For making it out alive plus causing santa to blow up his own workshop, have 750 points. You earned it!You escaped from Evil Santa in 27 seconds. That’s good for 330 points.Your final score is 2435 points.

Hello again,I have uploaded a new version available on my website. The following updates were applied.- NVDA Auto rate and speak wait calculations. This means that nvda responses just like sapi. When the speech is finished the game continues. However if you wish to interupt the speech simply press left control on your keyboard.-Fixed random generator. There were issues with double rolls constantly.I have now used cryptography for random number generation.Which should solve the issue.- Fixed Menu out of range. This was a small bug that is resolved.Again hope you guys enjoy. If you want me to create more themes let me know. Also the theme manager and player manager will be available in a while.Happy Holidays to all.

Best games 2018!

Best games 2018!

Another year, another... Oh no! n not this intro again please please please!Ok, ok. fine. I'll think of something new. There once was a time in audio gaming history. Historians, researchers, and highly trained monkeys bashing their computers refer to this time as 2018, and games were released during this time. The board of quality control (mysteriously consisting of every forum member, every forum administrator, and three species of amazonian fungus) must now come to a decision which artifacts should be kept from this time period. The choices are listed below.Tomb hunter, released in September: No, there's no shadow, and you're a male hunter, not a female raider. Sure, it's a shame, but running, jumping, climbing and bear trapping your way through 30 levels sounds just as good! Besides, you get to blow up cars with molotovs. End of discussion.Feer, released late September; Look, filling out this list is really hard because to be quite honest, not many noteworthy titles were released this year. So let's include some mobile games. But the zombies aren't invited. Neither are the crows and robots. Unless the robots carry trays filled with glasses of chilled beer, then I might give them a 2nd chance.Oh shit! Released possibly in August though I can't be sure: There isn't a game with a more fitting name than this one. These two words are the best thing you can say when you're frantically jumping away from a cannon ball hurtling towards you as a rock storm is raging, only to fall into a newly opened chasm!Dragon village, released in early October: I was going to be mean and not include this game. But then a black, red, and silver dragon burned all my crops, stole half my population and to add insult to injury drank all my beer at the green dragon tavern. And none of the dragons were even green! But they told me if I didn't include this game a green dragon would join them and precede to destroy my store house. Sure, that'd mean no more rats, but if there were no place to keep all the food, outlaws and wolves would steel it faster than the rats! Huboodle, released in early January: I could go on and on about this selection of 8 games, the way how you can rank up in battle cats and word war, how you can play with your friends, and all those things. But someone please first give me private lessons on how to pronounce the damn name, or we might as well just call it hewy dewy lewyThe blood rain, released... I actually have no idea because the original topic disappeared: It's a proverbial bitch to get a hold of, since the original topic is gone and the substitute topic is getting buried day by day. However should you manage to find it, not even a black dragon is going to save you from the hordes of mindless enemies all with fancy guns and no social skills what soever besides screaming in pain at the right time.Six ages, released late June, I think: Anyone whose a fan of KODP will like this prequel. Until the literal sky falls. And that's not even a movie reference. Now get on your horse, give me some cows and steel some goats from the ram people before I make off with all your goods and exchange them for magic.Tau station, released in mid April: It's a browser game yes, but as you might be able to tell I'm really, really hard up for games to include in the list, so might as well put it in here.Of course, this is not all that has been found, and the board of directors (especially any of the species of amazonian fungus) are welcome to voice their opinion about anything I may have missed. Until then, happy voting, and a merry...Hold on, looks like I missed...The life in world, released in 20 years: My deepest apologies and pleedings for forgiveness. How could I ever forget this great work of mastercraft, this wonderful world wonder, this game of games, this mother of all programs! Countless sleepless nights I spent with this literal masterpiece, and i have been so enlightened by it, it is nearly unbelievable. I invite you all to share in the love, the life, and the way of tlw. Re: I believe this may be a record for an audiogame?

well yeah, I can admit that I am pretty dang powerful on that thing. but... there are some ways you can make it a bit more balanced. you can team up with people ( the word for this in spanish is equippa in case you wanted to pm one of them to help you) and I believe portuguese is the same. then you get xp from their kills, they get xp from yours and you can do the big stuff like mega dragonsaurs (which I killed twice single-handedly in less than five minutes). there are some really nice players that can help you out and I was able to get a fair amount of xp with a shotgun, which is a starter weapon. The one thing I hate  though is darts. and with darts, players ambush you, dart you, leave you there for 2 hours, and then go away and see how many times you pm them which I think is utter stupid. I showed some of those guys what they were in for though, by using a green potion when they had their backs turned and then smashing them all to pieces. heh, good times.

Thanks for your feedback! I apologise for the misstakes. Those things seem simple, but it will help us a lot on making the next year's voting form.

To a finite mind, eternity will never make any sense, any more than a 4 or 5 dimensional world could make sense to someone who's only lived in one with 3.  It's like asking a person born totally blind to describe color or a completely deaf person to detail a musical selection.

I don't get why you need *every* method of contacting a potential customer, it jumped out at me as sketchy asking for all my contact info, phone, Twitter, FB, et cetera. Aside from that and my question over can I do X Y Z with your stuffyeah I'm definitely intrigued, butAlso, another +1 for an oficial support forum on yer site, even if it's punbb

Re: randomly generated complaints about AGNet admins.

2018-12-22 Thread AudioGames . net Forum — Off-topic room : jesseleivo via Audiogames-reflector

Re: randomly generated complaints about AGNet admins.

My complaint about the Galaxy Defence ForceTo many worthy persons, who desire to deal intelligently and honestly with the myriad questions surrounding the Galaxy Defence Force's conscienceless gibes, a thorough knowledge of the Galaxy Defence Force's memoirs has become almost indispensable. To all persons of this sort, it is humbly hoped and believed that this letter may prove highly serviceable. Let's get down to business: I fully intend to get people to sign a petition to limit the Galaxy Defence Force's ability to cause trouble. That's the path that I have chosen. It's sincerely not an easy path, but then again, by providing a carefully filtered, a carefully slanted, view of what is happening in the world, the Galaxy Defence Force is able to trick people into believing that militarism and corporatism are identical concepts. End of story. Actually, I should add that Jacobinism is like fire—both an essential component of its subliminal psywar campaigns and yet so elemental that its existence and influence are often overlooked. Similarly, Jacobinism can burn badly and destroy if one neglects to consider that the Galaxy Defence Force's secret police are merely ciphers. The Galaxy Defence Force is the one who decides whether or not to pour a few drops of wormwood into our general enthusiasm. The Galaxy Defence Force is the one who gives out the orders to gain a virtual stranglehold on many facets of our educational system. And the Galaxy Defence Force is the one trying to conceal how conclaves of its adulators have all the dissent found in a North Korean communist party meeting. That's why no one there will ever admit that this is a lesson for those with eyes to see. It is a lesson not so much about the Galaxy Defence Force's uncompanionable behavior but about the way that it is not necessary to continue living with the risks induced by the Galaxy Defence Force's voluble conclusions in order reap the cautionary benefits bestowed by the knowledge that the Galaxy Defence Force ignores the most basic ground rule of debate. In case you're not familiar with it, that rule is: attack the idea, not the person. Despite total incompetence, the Galaxy Defence Force is often afflicted with an amazing conceit that causes it to control Web content that it deems politically or morally objectionable. The Galaxy Defence Force promises its admirers that as soon as it's finished violating international laws, they'll all become rich beyond their wildest dreams. There's an obvious analogy here to the way that vultures eat a cadaver and from its rottenness insects and worms suck their food. The point is that it's astounding that the Galaxy Defence Force has somehow found a way to work the words “scientificophilosophical” and “deintellectualization” into its pleas. However, you may find it even more astounding that it ought to unstop its ears and uncover its eyes. Only then will the Galaxy Defence Force hear that to which it has been too long heedless. Only then will it see that people tell me that to my mind, its protests show a degree of mutinous sickness that even I didn't expect. And the people who tell me this are correct, of course. The Galaxy Defence Force's polity is a lubricious institution if there ever was one. As you know, its agenda has been clear since its creation: infiltration, subversion, and global terror with world conquest as its goal. Stopping it mandates that we always keep one thing in mind, that we must work together to strip the unjust power from those who seek power over others and over nature. What can you do to help? For starters, you might want to put an end to the Galaxy Defence Force's evildoing. I personally derive great satisfaction in doing that sort of thing because the Galaxy Defence Force's pals have recently enjoyed some success at committing all sorts of mortal sins—not to mention an uncountable number of venial ones. The Galaxy Defence Force considers this a reason to kvell. In contrast, I consider it a reason to adduce abundant evidence that the Galaxy Defence Force undeniably dropped a clanger by admitting that my aim is to prevent the production of a new crop of grotesque dopeheads. If the Galaxy Defence Force goes ahead with glorifying perverted, suppressive, murderous governments as the ideologically correct alternative to all other possibilities, I will be very, very angry with it. In fact, I will write it a letter telling it how angry I am. I hope that will convince the Galaxy Defence Force that some people have said that I am skeptical of efforts to produce a self-absorbed definition of “antitintinnabularian”. Maybe. But I'm more inclined to believe that at no time in the past did power-drunk fribbles shamble through the streets of cities, demanding rights they imagine some supernatural power has bestowed upon them. The Galaxy Defence Force's brethren are engaged in perpetual one-upmanship over who more deeply enjoys the G

Re: What is Everyone's Religious Beliefs

I believe in nothing an no one except that humans are by nature spiteful leeches, and that if you are not one than you are a happy anomaly. I do not care if anyone believes anything different, but I do care if you try to tell me I should believe what you believe as if it is the only correct answer. I think the "you can't create something from nothing" argument is a paradoxical one, with the reasoning that if the universe could not have been created from nothing, god could not have been created from nothing. Why do you think god is different than the universe? I believe that when you die, you simply do not exist anymore. This is a rather frightening thought because it means there will eventually be nothing left for us, but I don't believe in heaven and hell.

Re: Jenux OS, The "Next Jen!"

@63 no, upgrading a specific package in arch is not supported. Only do full system upgrades. You can install a new package without upgrading your entire system though, for examplepacman -S espeakupwill install only the espeakup package andpacman -Syu espeakupwill perform a full system upgrade and install espeakup.Technically, you can dopacman -Sy espeakupwhich will get the newest version of espeakup whilst leaving all your other packages untouched, but it's a parcial upgrade and not supported. By not supported I mean it can break your entire system if you're unlucky, for example if the new package has been compyled against newer libraries, which then get upgraded as well, but other software needs the old libraries. Seehttps://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sy … nsupportedfor more details
