Re: Announcing the audiogames archive

For my fellow gamers. For thos who are using steam, how are you doing it? A friend of mine via voice over IP from Canada set me up with a steam account. I am using JAWS for windows. When I smack enter on the icon and then do a insert f10 and down arrow down to steam and right click via the calculator keypad I am suppose to be able to see the store and community and such. But all I see is the word steam. Nothing else. We need to have valve corporation make steam blind accessible to screen readers. So, can someone assist me to get my feet wet with steam? I only signed up for a steam account because the new up dated version of Microsoft flight simulator who Dovetail Games from the U.K purchase FSX's copyrights and will be releasing a newer updated version of Microsoft flight simulator here in December. I would deeply appreciate it if someone could help me out. Why can we not at least here in the states with the ADA have
valve corporation who's behind steam make steam work for we their newer customers? Very Thankfully Yours, Ron Kolesar AKA The Blind Pilot

Is anyone picking up the TDV project where Munawar left off with?

Is anyone picking up the TDV project where Munawar left off with?

For my fellow gamers. It is a shame that last year after five years of hard work Munawar the owner of BVP Programs pulled the plug on the Three-D Velocity or TDV project. I was lucky enough to pull down the last full beta that we beta testers were working on. But I now no longer can gain access to it from my older external hard drive. So if there are any TDV beta testers onboard and have the last beta copy of the flight simulator, could you ship it to me atkolesar16...@roadrunner.comI have a copy of TDV version 2, but it is only a demo copy of TDV. It is a shame and I can understand that no one can afford to purchase a new company these days. But it is a shame that we're loosing out on a huge great project like TDV. Many Many Thanks. Blind Software game unlock help.

2016-03-09 Thread AudioGames . net ForumGeneral Game Discussion : Blind Pilot via Audiogames-reflector

Blind Software game unlock help.

Hi once again to all gamers. I was given the compressed folder of all of the goodies from the tech support person from Justin's all company Blind software. I was successfully able to install all of the goodies from the folder. I cango to regester and copy the code to the clipboard. But then I get the message do you want to go out to the web page to purchase this game. Well, we all know that blind software no longer exhists. So I go to the code generator and        generate my unlock code, but when  I go back to the game to paste the code I just generated  I can't find a field to paste            the generated code into so that I can unlock the game. Can anyone help me out here? I'm running win 10 64 bit processor. Now I know that the games run in a 64 bit processor world, because I was running them in a 64 bit processor world when I was in win 7. Also, I
know that the games work in win 10, because when I upgraded the older machine from win 7 to win 10 the games still worked. So, if I can unlock the games I think they'll work once again. Many Thanks to those who can help me out here. I'm willing to link up via JAWS and or teamviewer to show what I am doing to see if the games can be unlocked or not. I live in the northwest corner of Pennsylvania, so I'm on the east coast. Very Thankfully Yours. Ron Kolesar who's slowly building his new computer and would like to regain access to his games.

Re: Flight sticks for Three-D Velocity

I too am looking for a USB two stick unit that would work with the TDV project and with as many hand to ear products as       possible. The one main problem that we had  with TDV while beta testing it is this. When we wee at a 32 bit processor, we had all kinds of two stick USB handheld devices that worked with the force feedback feature of                  TDV. Which in thisblind pilot's opinion, I think the force feedback one on of    TDV's biggest selling feautres.     But since we all      jumped to a 64 bit processor, we can not finda             two stick USB handhled nit that will work with both the force feedback feature and the 64 bit processor. Also, there's a rumer floating out there that TDV will work with rudder petals.              Now if s
omeone could make this a fact and give a good recommendation. This would be another awesome feature of not just for TDV for for other hand to ear products where one is running  for their lives in a gam.           But it is also sad that  noneof  the other hand to ear companies worte        something like the force feedback feature into    their products. I know if sure would brings Pipe version two        better known as Blast Chamber sure would be a awesome feature. It  sure would scare the carp out of you if you fall into one  of the manhole covers. SMILES. But I also was     hoping when we were finished beta testing TDV, thatwe could use the foundation of TDV and make something like Microsoft's Flight simulator more        blind friendly and or even add the sadly retired space shuttle as well. So, if th
ere isa USB twostick handheld unit out there that will hand                   TDV's force         feedback and enough buttonsto  handle all of TDV's featuresand for as many hand to ear products as possible. My contact info is Ron Kolesarand my e-mail address is kolesar16...@roadrunner.comNow you can fly TDV  via the keyboard, but in my personal opinion, you really need a stick of sometype So that's my two cents on this topic and I hope those whohave recomedationswill write me back. Munawar was          recommending a product from thrustmaster even though it didn't have any force feedback. So there you have it. Ron Kolesar AKA The Blind Pilot
