But to insure you don't accidentally walk your char out the safe zone, do what I do when I step away from the game for a few.I dropp down into the mini gun, or any machine gun, something you can brace, this will prevent you from taking a few steps too far if you do bump your mouse or touch pad.Also, you could use the m40 as well just hit the letter T once you do, since it puts you into a prone, or laying down position.I guess I'm not seeing which threads Aprone is posting to as that is a good indicator if he's still active, and is well. lolAlso, I was curious, I had an idea for us HC folks if it was possible to code this in a future update, if, there's gonna be a future update...Maybe we can have an option in the safe zone menu that can transport us to our fort? If there are multiple forts we can go to, perhaps set a default fort, or if its not a problem to code, give a menu of fort locations to go to. Our fort is on map 5, and its kinda a bitch to travel there from map1. lol Just looking for a slightly easier way to get there is all.Thanks for considering my idea anyway. If your char is left alone in the SZ for too long it will walk, I assume forward if you're facing west, and leave the safe zone?Gah! That's horrible! Odd, the other day I heard a player taking serious damage directly outside the zone, and he wasn't fighting back at all, or anything. I popped a bunch of medkits on him, and killed off the z's that were attacking him, but I couldn't tstand there all day. lolI really hope Aprone will look into this latest bug. So, not sure that holds. increasing the damage output of a weapon by ten percent with each skill point is gonna increase the damage by 100 percent with ten skill points.That should show up pretty quickly. I was really enjoying the game and it all came to a crashing end when I grav jumped my fully loaded ship into a space station’s gravwell, and got blown up, losing everything I had in game. What put me over the edge was when I wasn’t able to recover my ship from the factory where there was supposedly a copy. That was enough for me. To have the ability to gravity jump your ship, but not the allowed to jump where you need to, and is a logical place to travel to is beyond me! Re: Epitaph Online I played this mud extensively a few years ago, and the combat was brutal to try and get through. especially when you're fighting multiple combatants! it gets really crazy!I enjoyed the atmosphere of the mud, and walking around the streets gave a real feeling of danger and that anything can pop out at you in a moments notice, and you'd be in battle again. But trying to progress with a job line / career and it just got to be too much effort for the return.I'd love to come back if combat was given a blind mode, or at least slowed down the number of rounds per second. I have yet to get the hired hand companion so I'm maxing out my inventory big time, I've sadly already sold off all the dex items I got in favor of an enchanted piece, and some other higher strength+luck/lore items.So here's my current dilemma, I have a pair of level 5 boots one with 12 strength, and 3 luck, and the same level 5 boots with 10 strength and 4 luck. I'm tending to keep the one with 4 luck as that's harder to find, seems to me. Which boots do y'all say I should sell? Also be aware I haven't set to work on any of my gems as I just came off an operation and my hands still aren't quite steady.I'm continueing to run the first jungle quest for gold so I can get that hired hand companion, but its kinda slow going, and I'm continually having to sell the lesser items to make more room or I'm blocked from attempting a quest.If there's a better quest I can get with the eq I have let me know, basically I have two good sets of strength and intel both with a smattering of luck and lore stats on them in various amounts.Again, any help would be very much appreciated! Too bad we couldn't sell these pieces to the folks around the campfire. Re: Echo Quadrant Slight correction, as far as I can tell, if you hit escape in any menu, it exits the game without saving. So there's no hitting escape to back out of menus. If you hit escape, bam! Program closes and game is not auto-saved.That's why I was asking for the feature if we could either get a prompt, are you sure you want to exit without saving? Once I'm finished with the next two gyms I'll have an electric / steel deck. I'm wearing my air necklace too, but with usually depending on the location I'm wearing, soft pants, slip-on shoes, a camo shirt sunglasses and a hat of some kind, usually the cowboy hat. lolAnyway I have to say the heat is damn tough to beat at times even with ice from the mountain, its even worse if I'm trying to fight something kinda dangerous. I've now played all three game books and I really enjoyed them also!I've yet to play redemssion, and its too bad my main hero won't be apart of the hero project season 2. But I had a great time making what I hoped were the right choices through out the trilogy. I thought it was sneaky but clever of the author to sell an in-game upgrade to our meChips, or however that's spelled. lolI enjoyed the last heir series also, but somehow, heros rise was more fun. I really like the way Mike Walters gives you the options to see the numbers as he puts it, when you make choices. That way maybe next time you see that you needed X amount of charm, will power, or magic to achieve that goal.I would recommend Mike Walter's choice of games books to anyone. Great stuff! Also, what mud client are you using? I'm using VipMud as I can script with it sooo much easier then Mush.When I say triggers I don't mean anything guild spasific, as I know our combat looks vastly different for example.But the triggers I've set up so far are li ke, when someone sends me a tell, or for when someone says something over the party tell chat. As well as the guild channel and flapchat. With the ant hunt, I can only run a fairly short way to the east and/or to the right before I come up against a wall. So that's why I was wonder if sticking to the left or right side, then going north might be an idea. but I guess for now its a matter of getting fast enough and lucky enough to dodge around them to get a positive score to get past the forest level.As far as the wasps, is there a number or letter corisponding to the sting sound before the mini game begins?
