[Audiogames-reflector] Jaws eloquence crash strings
Jaws eloquence crash strings Hi AllIve always thought that the latest versions of jaws were no longer vulnerable to eloquenc crash strings, but I was unfortunately proven wrong. Does anyone know how to prevent jaws from crashing when encountering a string? Tried changing pronunciations in dictionary manager, but it didnt help. Dictionary manager doesnt support regex anyways, so its far from the ideal solution.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=174146#p174146 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com http://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector

[Audiogames-reflector] The quest for a better sapi5 voice
The quest for a better sapi5 voice Hi allIve been thinking of trying to see if I can look for a better sapi5 voice. Im using realspeak Daniel, because of its clarity, even at high rates of speech. Ive recently looked at options like Liquendo and Ivona which sound amazing in the samples because the samples are low speed, but are totally unacceptable at high speech rates. Does anyone have recommendations on a sapi5 voice that would be better than Daniel?URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=170805#p170805 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com http://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector

Re: [Audiogames-reflector] gmail account breached
Re: gmail account breached Strongly suspect its because your email/password information was in some database that got leaked due to security breaches - those are happening so often these days that it hardly surprises me anymore. Also never ever use the same password on multiple sites and preferably one that is randomly generated. You can use password managers like KeePass to manage your passwords for you so that all you have to remember is 1 master password.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=162343#p162343 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com http://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector
Re: [Audiogames-reflector] gmail account breached
Re: gmail account breached Its not a breach of google itself, more likely some other service you used got breached that had information on your email and password (if you reuse passwords across multiple sites). If you use the same username for multiple sites, that also makes it easier for your identity to be compromised.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=162436#p162436 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com http://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector

[Audiogames-reflector] Looking for recommendations on an accessible boot cd with disk imaging
Looking for recommendations on an accessible boot cd with disk imaging Ive recently got into encrypting my entire hard drive with TrueCrypt, including my system partition. If i get disk imaging software to create an image of the drive while I am on windows (i.e hot imaging) it would back up my data in an unencrypted form as TrueCrypt decrypts it on the fly. If i were to restore from such an image, the boot loader that I would get would not work properly as it would be trying to decrypt the drive after I entered my password and I would have to then restore it with my original bootloader pre-system encryption. After all that, I would have to reencrypt the system partition, which requires me to create a different rescue cd which is a lot of hassle.I figured that the only way to overcome this inconvenience is to find a boot CD with a) a screen reader in the boot environment andb) disk imaging utility that can make a sector-by-sector copy of the partition so that when I restore the partition, it would remain in its encrypted state.Does anyone have any suggestions about any boot cds that I could use to do the job?URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=143253#p143253 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com http://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector
